Clinical Observation Of Fire Needling Combined With Rehabilitation Training For The Treatment Of Increased Biceps Muscle Tension After Apoplexy

Purpose:Observing the clinical efficacy of hypermyotonia of muscles biceps brachii after stroke by fire needle training.Study fire needle combined with rehabilitation therapy for the treatment of the disease.To continue studying the treatment of the disease provide a better basis for the method.Material and method:Sixty patients with increased biceps bradycardia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases): fire needle combined with rehabilitation training and control group(30 cases): only rehabilitation training,Both groups were treated on the basis of routine medical treatment of neurology and primary disease.The Ashworth spasm scale was used to assess muscle tone before and after treatment.Two groups of patients after treatment for 4 courses,compare the efficacy of control group and the treatment group.Results: The Ashworth spasm score was compared between the control group and the treatment group before and after treatment,biceps brachii muscle tension decreased in both groups,P<0.01,compare the two groups of curative effect,the treatment group curative effect is better,P<0.01.Conclusion: 1.The fire needle therapy combined with rehabilitation training can improve the hypermyotonia of muscles biceps brachii after stroke.2.Fire needle combined with rehabilitation training to improve the biceps after stroke muscle tension increased efficacy is better than the separate application of rehabilitation training.
