Research On The Medication Rule Of Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctors In The Treatment Of Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome Based On Data Mining

Purpose:Analysis on the Medication Rule of Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treated by Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Data Mining.Material and method:Using computer to retrieve the empirical literature on the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome by the famous Chinese medicines collected in the CNKI,Wanfang Date and VIP Medical information on resources system from 2008 to 2017.To meet the requirements of the literature,use EXCEL to conduct descriptive analysis of syndromes,frequency,efficacy,and meridian.Then correlating the drugs with frequency ?15% use SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 20 to association analysis and Clustering.Results: 1.This study included a total of 161 articles that met the criteria,of which 9 syndromes were involved,432 formula of income,and the total frequency of drugs was 5545.The common syndrome consist of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness encumbrance syndrome and dampness-heat syndrome.2.Liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome commonly used tonic,qi-regulating formula,exterior-releasing medicinal and dampness-draining diuretic.Mainly for spleen,stomach and liver.Association analysis shows that 19 pairs of commonly used drugs,for instance Tangerine Peel and Radix Ledebouriellae,Tangerine Pee and White Peony Root.Clustering can get 4 groups.Mainly based on soothing liver and regulating qi,invigorating spleen and draining dampness.Secondly astringing intestines and checking diarrhea.Spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome commonly used tonic,astringent formula,warming interior formula and exterior-releasing medicinal.Mainly for spleen,stomach and kidney.Association analysis shows that 10 pairs of commonly used drugs,for instance Fructus Psoralese and Fructus Euodiae,Fructus Psoralese and Fructus Schinsandrae.Clustering can get 5 groups.Mainly based on warming and tonifying spleen and kidney,astringing intestines and checking diarrhea.Spleen deficiency and dampness encumbrance syndrome commonly used tonic,dampness-draining diuretic and damp-resolving medicinal.Mainly for spleen,stomach and lung.Association analysis shows that 19 pairs of commonly used drugs,for instance Foria Cocos and Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae,Foria Cocos and Tangerine Peel.Clustering can get 4 groups.Mainly based on invigorating spleen and replenishing qi,drying dampness and antidiarrheal.Dampness-heat syndrome commonly used heat-clearing formula,tonic,qi-regulating formula.Mainly for spleen,stomach,lung and large intestine.Association analysis shows that 21 pairs of commonly used drugs,for instance Coptis Rhizome and Radix Scutellariae,Coptis Rhizome and Radix Puerariae.Clustering can get 5 groups.Mainly based on clearing heat and drgying dampness.Conclusion: IBS-D pathogenesis includes liver depression and spleen deficiency,spleen-kidney yang deficiency,spleen deficiency and dampness encumbrance and dampness-heat.Clinically commonly use tonic,qi-regulating formula,exterior-releasing medicinal,dampness-draining diuretic,astringent formula,heat-clearing formula,damp-resolving medicinal,warming interior formula.Mainly based soothing liver and regulating qi,invigorating spleen and draining dampness,warming and tonifying spleen and kidney,astringing intestines and checking diarrhea,invigorating spleen and replenishing qi,drying dampness and antidiarrhea,clearing heat and drgying dampness.
