| Purpose:The clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin combined with antihistamine in the treatment of chronic eczema was systematically evaluated by Meta analysis.Material and method:CNKI,WF,Sino Med,VIP and Pub Med databases were used to search computer comprehensive literature,At the same time, combining with the manual retrieval of the library collections and the retrieval of the gray literature such as dissertations, the time range of the literature retrieval is from Feb.25,2018 to the date of construction of the database.A Randomized Controlled Trials of Antihistamines on Chronic Eczema. The Cochrane system was used to evaluate the quality of the included literature.Meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3 software to study the total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions of compound glycyrrhizin combined with antihistamine in the treatment of chronic eczema.Compound glycyrrhizin combined with the second generation,To improve the second-generation antihistamines treatment of chronic eczema efficiency;Compound glycyrrhizin combined with antihistamines specific drugs for the treatment of chronic eczema efficiency and compound glycyrrhizin combined with antihistamines in combination with topical treatment of chronic eczema have effectiveness.Outcome measures using RR(Risk Ratio)as a classification variable(effective, adverse reaction rate)effect. Results:Compound glycyrrhizin combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic eczema related research Meta analysis results are as follows:1.The total effective rate: [RR = 1.42,95% CI =(1.33,1.52),P <0.00001] The difference was statistically significant, the experimental group was higher than the control group;2.The incidence of adverse reactions: [RR = 1.00,95% CI =(0.61,1.64),P = 1.00> 0.05],the difference was not statistically significant, the experimental group control group no difference;3.Different generations of antihistamines efficacy: the second generation of antihistamines effective [RR = 1.42,95% CI =(1.32,1.54),P <0.00001],improved second-generation antihistamine drug efficiency [RR = 1.41,95% CI =(1.24,1.60),P <0.00001].The two groups had similar results.4.The efficiency of different types of antihistamines: mizolastine RR = 1.56> cetirizine RR = 1.52> loratadine RR = 1.32> epinastine RR = 1.29;5.External use: the same external use of drugs [RR = 1.45,95% CI =(1.32,1.59),P <0.00001],without external use [RR = 1.38,95% CI =(1.25,1.52),P <0.00001 ],With the external use of drugs more effective than without external use drugs.Conclusion:1.Compound glycyrrhizin combined with antihistamines treatment of chronic eczema more effective than antihistamines alone clinical.2.Compound glycyrrhizin combined with antihistamines treatment of chronic eczema and antihistamine alone compared to the incidence of adverse reactions no significant increase.3.Compound glycyrrhizin combined with second-generation or modified second-generation antihistamines for the treatment of chronic eczema, clinical efficacy similar.4.Combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic eczema antihistamines clinical efficacy from high to low followed by mizolastine, cetirizine, loratadine class, the epinastine.5.Compound glycyrrhizin combined with antihistamines combined with topical drugs for the treatment of chronic eczema clinical more efficient. |
