Based On The Study Of Clinical Literature On The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease From The Spleen Theory, The Theoretical Connotation Of "the Spleen Governs The Qi Of The Five Internal Organs" Is Discussed

Purpose: This study explores the core of coronary heart disease diagnosis and treatment based on spleen to research the generality of five-zang organs diseases diagnosis and treatment based on spleen and the theoretical connotation of “ Spleen is the Dominator of Five-zang Organs Qi”,based on clinical literatures research of coronary heart disease diagnosis and treatment based on spleen.Material and method: This study uses clinical literatures of coronary heart disease diagnosis and treatment based on spleen to summarize the diagnosis and treatment regularity from research type,pathogenesis type,therapeutic rule,prescription and herb by multivariate statistical analysis,to research the relevance between coronary heart disease and five-zang organs.Results: 1.The pathogenesis of coronary heart disease of literatures is deficient root and excessive superficiality.Deficient root includes qi deficiency,blood deficiency,yang deficiency and yin deficiency,mainly with qi deficiency.Excessive superficiality includes blood stasis,phlegm,congealing cold and qi stagnation,mainly with blood stasis and phlegm.2.Replenishing qi to invigorate spleen is the core of coronary heart disease diagnosis and treatment based on spleen,added with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and reducing phlegm and dispelling dampness.3.Frequently-used prescriptions include Sijunzi Decoction,Guipi Decoction and Erchen Decoction.4.There are 135 kinds of herbs in the literatures,totally 875 times.There are 46 kinds of herbs that be used more than 5 times,totally 740 times.Poria,Atractylodes and Astragalus have been used more than 40 times.Codonopsis,Prepared Liquorice Root,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Pinellia Tuber have been used more than 30 times.The kernel herbs of coronary heart disease diagnosis and treatment based on spleen are Codonopsis,Astragalus,Atractylodes,Poria and Prepared Liquorice Root.Commonly used herbs are Pinellia Tuber,Tangerine Peel,Snakegourd Fruit,Ligusticum Wallichii,Leech,Panax Notoginseng,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Peach Seed,Carthamus Tinctorius,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Curcuma Aromatica,Angelica,Spina Date Seed,Ginseng,Alisma Orientalis,Hawthorn,Cassia Seed,Fructus Aurantii,Grassleaf Sweelflag Rhizome and Bamboo Shavings.Conclusion: 1.The pathogenesis of coronary heart disease is relevant to five-zang organs,especially heart and spleen.2.The herbs replenishing qi to invigorate spleen could induct five-zang organs due to their own flavor and meridian tropism and regulate qi ascending and descending,used widely to treat five-zang organs diseases.3.The statement of spleen function dominates physical function and pathological change of the other zang organs.It is the core of theoretical connotation of “Spleen is the Dominator of Five-zang Organs Qi”.
