Purpose:To analysed the relationship of the corticotropin releasing hormone recptor-2(CRHR2)and hypoxia-inducible factor-1alpha(HIF-1?)with the occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation which caused by emotional stress. To analyzed the relationship between emotional factors and atrial fibrillation.Material and method:Elderly patients with atrial fibrillation were collected from inpatient department and outpatient clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital ofthe LiaoNing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from December 2013 to July 2014,and let them take the Mental health symptom checklist.Screening out the patients with abnormal anxiety, depression, sensitivity, hostility and other negative feelings. The selected patients were divided into three age groups(30 cases in each age group with appropriate attention to age ratio),60 to 69 years old in group A,and 70 to 79 years old in group B,and 80 to 89 years old in group C.We also choose 30 cases in normal control group. The 4ml fasting venous blood was taken from the patients on the day of onset of atrial fibrillation and patients in normal group. We used enzyme immunoassay(ELISA)to measure the corticotropin releasing hormone recptor-2(CRHR2)and the hypoxia-inducible factor-1alpha(HIF-1?),comparing the change ofdifferent groups' atrial fibrillation and norma serum CRHR2 and HIF-1? levels, and to study the correlation between the CRHR2 and HIF-1?.Patients with atrial fibrillation were assessed with TCM clinical symptom score and compared with mental health symptom checklist, and then we analyzed the influence of abnormal emotion factors on atrial fibrillation. Results: 1.A,B and C groups' levels of CRHR2 in serum were higher than that in normal group,A and B groups had significant differences among them(P<0.05)and there was no significant difference in group C(P>0.05).2.A,B and C groups' levels of HIF-1? in serum were all higher than normal group's,and there were significant differences among them(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the levels of CRHR2 and HIF-1? between different age groups(P>0.05).4.CRHR2 content in serum in patients with atrial fibrillation and HIF-1? levels were positively correlated(r=0.616,P<0.05).But there was no significant correlation between the content of CRHR2 and the content of HIF-1? in normal group(r=0.197,P>0.05).5.There was positive correlation between the TCM Syndrome scores of atrial fibrillation and mental health symptom checklist(r=0.679,P=0.000).Conclusion: 1.Concentrations of CRHR2 and HIF-1?in serum play important roles in the occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation whice caused by emotional stress.2.Abnormal emotional factors can seriously affect the onset and severity of atrial fibrillation.
