Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Medicine To Treat Chest Pain And Heartache Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Purpose:Through the observation of different treatment pain curative effect on Qi deficiency and blood stasis obstruction,the differences between the different treatment methods were compared,the combination of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medic ine that can cure disease and curative effect of chest pain.Experiment and method:80 chest pain patients were divided into four groups,respectively:(1)Acupuncture combined with medicine group,experimental group,comm on acupuncture combined with oral route Decoction.(2)The general acupuncture group,namely the control group 1,was only treated by conventional acupuncture.(3)Chinese p atent medicine,or control group 2.(4)Only oral Salvia miltiorrhiza dripping pills were used to treat the western medicine group,namely the control group 3,oral statins and aspirin drugs.Each group was 20,and the four groups were all eight weeks.Before and after treatment,observation of chest pain patients reflect the TCM symptom scor e and angina pectoris curative effect evaluation standard,and make reasonable statistic al analysis.Results:1.in terms of the total effective rate of electrocardiogram,there was significant differ ence between the experimental group and other three groups(p<0.05),which was s tatistically significant.There was no difference between groups in the control group(p>0.05).2.In ECG curative effect test group and control group 1,there were effects,but the d ifference was not obvious.The effects of control group 2 and control group 3 were n ot obvious.3.from the point of view of TCM syndrome integral,the contrast difference between t he experimental group before and after treatment is the most obvious(p<0.05).Fro m the perspective of curative effect of TCM symptoms,the effective rate of experime ntal group is the highest,and it has statistical significance(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.The combination of acupuncture and medicine to treat Qi deficiency blood stasis ty pe chest palsy heartache,each symptom relieves the situation better,the treatment effe ct is more obvious.2.The combination of acupuncture and drug therapy can expand the heart vessels.3.Needle and drug combination is an effective method for the treatment of angina pectoris.
