Purpose:To evaluate the effect and safety of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescription combined with core decompression in the treatment of early and middle stage Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Method:First,according to the system evaluation requirements,2 system assessors make a scientific and effective literature retrieval strategy.Then,a randomized controlled clinical trial of CNKI,Wan Fang,VIP and CBM for the treatment of early and middle stage ONFH with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescription combined with core decompression was performed by computer.The search time is for the database of each library to October 2017,and according to the literature of the collected literature to supplement the retrieval.And then,to determine the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria.Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescription combined with core decompression was used as the treatment group,and the simple core decompression was used as the observation group.We used the modified Jadad scale and the Cochrane risk bias assessment tool provided by Revman5.3 software to evaluate its quality,and used Revman5.3 software to analyze the data extracted from the literature.Results:(1)A total of 16 clinical randomized controlled trials were included,including 763 cases in the experimental group and 734 in the control group,with a total of 1497 Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head patients in the early and middle stages.(2)There are 6 high quality literatures and 10 articles in low quality literature,which suggest that there are some limitations in the study.(3)The Meta-analysis results showed that: the experimental group promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with core decompression intervention in the total efficiency,Harris hip score,VAS score,the excellent rate of imaging and imaging score and blood rheology were better than the control group(P<0.05),and there were no adverse drug reactions,with high safety.(4)The distribution of funnel plot is basically symmetric,indicating that publication bias is small.Conclusion :1)Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescription combined with core decompression can significantly improve the hip joint Harris score and improve the function of hip joint;2)Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescription combined with core decompression can significantly reduce the patients' VAS score and alleviate the pain;3)Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescription combined with core decompression can delay the progress of the disease in imaging;4)Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescription combined with core decompression can reduce the blood viscosity,especially in reducing the whole blood low cutting viscosity.In conclusion,it is effective and safe in the treatment of early and middle stage Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head.It can relieve pain,delay progression of disease and even cure disease.
