| Purpose:Seeking for the Common treatment Scheme of Acupuncture and moxibustion for Migraine without aura in recent 20 years,to provide the basis for guiding clinical treatment.Material and method:Based on China Zhiwang,Chongqing Weipu,Wanfang database and CBM database,the modern clinical literature on acupuncture and moxibustion for treating migraine without aura was searched in recent 20 years(from 1998-1-1 to 2017-12-31).The literature was selected according to the established standard strictly,and the methods of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,syndrome differentiation and classification,main points matching,acupuncture reinforcing and reducing,retention time and so on,were collected and input into EXCEL software for frequency analysis and summary.Results:1、There are 17 methods of acupuncture and moxibustion for treating migraine without aura at present,among which there are higher frequency of acupuncture and electroacupuncture,accounting for 51.72% of the total frequency and 21.38% of the total frequency respectively.Of 133 articles included,98 were monotherapy and 35 were combined therapy.The effective rate of combined therapy in 7 articles was higher than that in single acupuncture therapy.2、In the statistics of frequency of syndrome differentiation,the ratio of the four syndrome types with higher frequency is: liver-yang headache(26.32%),blood stasis headache(16.67%),phlegm turbid headache(14.91%),blood deficiency headache(13.16%),The four syndromes with less frequency were: wind cold external attack(1.75%),feeling rheumatism(1.75%),feeling wind evil(0.88%),feeling wind heat(0.88%).3、The utilization rate of yang meridian and yin meridian was 88.78 and 11.22% respectively,in the treatment of the main acupoint of migraine without aura.The two meridians with higher utilization rate were: foot Shaoyang gallbladder Meridian(48.78%)and hand Shaoyang Sanjiao Meridian(16.94%).The frequency of head acupoints was 268,accounting for 48.3% of the total frequency.4、There are 118 acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions,of which 565 acupoints are involved,with an average of 4.79 acupoints per prescription.Acupoint statistics for syndrome types with higher frequency:Fengchi(12.57%),Shuaigu(10.80%),Taiyang(9.03%),Waiguan(6.55%),Baihui(4.60%).Select the first three acupoints with higher frequenc y of each syndrome type: liver-yang headache: Taichong(24 times),Taixi(14 times),S henshu(5 times);headache of blood stasis: Geshu(12 times),Hegu(8 times),Xuehai(8 times);phlegm turbid headache: Fenglong(18 times),Zhongwan(7 times).Yinlingqu an(6 times);Blood deficiency headache: Zusanli(13 times),Xuehai(5 times),Qi Hai(4 times).5、 In the statistics of reinforcing and reducing methods and needle retention time,mild reinforcing-reducing method is 70% of the total literature about reinforcing and reducing methods,and the time of keeping needle 30 minutes accounts for 73.33% of the total literature concerning the time of needle retention.The proportion of treatment days 5 and 10 days per course of treatment all was 29.69% respectively.The proportion of treatment courses of 2 courses was 34.38% respectively.The total number of treatments was the highest among 20 literatures,with a total of 31 articles.The amount of literature in the two days interval was 24.42%.6、In terms of the depth of acupuncture at the onset of migraine without aura,five of the articles used prickles,and three of them used conventional depth.In terms of stimulation intensity,5 articles mentioned strong stimulation,and the remaining 3 were only required to get gas.In terms of complementary diarrhea,there are 3 pieces of diarrhea,3 pieces of flat diarrhea,2 pieces of which are not mentioned.The longest needle retention time is 360 mins,5 of which are above 40 min.There are 3 articles emphasizing walking needles,most of which are used every 10 min.Conclusion:1、Cupuncture and moxibustion are often used in the treatment of migraine without aura.And the effect of filiform needle combined with other therapy is better.2、Migraine without aura belongs to internal injury headache in traditional Chinese medicine.However,the treatment still needs to remove the external wind to prevent environmental factors induced aggravation.3、Migraine without aura is mainly based on local acupoint selection and meridian acupoint selection.the second is the syndrome differentiation of acupoints.4、The commonly used prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion are as follows: main acupoint-Fengchi,Shuaigu,Taiyang,Waiguan,Baihui;liver-yang headache: Taichong,Taixi,Shenshu;headache of blood stasis: Geshu,Hegu,Xuehai;Phlegm headache: Fenglong,Zhongwan,Yin Lingquan;Blood deficiency headache: Zusanli,Xuehai,Qi Hai.5、 In the absence of aura migraine,the acupuncture operation should be stronger when stimulated,while the remission period is lighter than the onset period. |
