The Influence Of Huangdi Neijing On The Formation Of Acupuncture-related Theories In Dongyibaojian

Research purposes: The theoretical system of acupuncture in Huangdi Neijing and the theoretical system of acupuncture in the Dongyi Baojian were combed and compared.We find out the similarities between the acupuncture theory system in Huangdi Neijing and the construction of the acupuncture theory system in Dongyi Baojian,and then make clear the influence of Huangdi Neijing on the construction of the acupuncture theory system in Dongyi Baojian.Research methods: By using the methods of history,logic and philology,this paper sorts out the relevant literatures of acupuncture in Huangdi Neijing and Xu Jun's Dongyi Baojian.Firstly,it combs out the relevant theoretical content of acupuncture in Huangdi Neijing,and then combs the acupuncture related theory in Dongyi Baojian,and finally compares the two,so as to clarify the influence of huangdi neijing on the formation of acupuncture theories in Dongyi Baojian.Research achievements: The author sorted out and analyzed the theoretical system of acupuncture in Dongyi Baojian.Comparing the theoretical thoughts in Huangdi Neijing with them,it is found that the theories of essence,gas,divinity and constitution in Huangdi Neijing,as well as the theory of treatment based on syndrome differentiation have a certain influence on the formation of the theories in Dongyi Baojian.The names of meridians,location of specific acupoints,indications,specific moxibustion techniques and acupuncture taboos in Dongyi Baojian were all formed under the guidance of Huangdi Neijing's theory.Research conclusions: the theories related to acupuncture in Dongyi Baojian are based on taoist thoughts in Korea,and have absorbed a large number of basic medical theories in Huangdi Neijing,and combines the characteristics of domestic medicine.The treatment method with characteristic gradually developed through long-term theoretical practice.Huangdi Neijing is the first of the four classics of traditional Chinese medicine,known as the "ancestor of medicine" by the world.It lays the foundation of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,reflects the medical level of China before the Qin and Han dynasties,and is the earliest extant medical work in China.The medical theory system in the book has inspired and promoted the formation of the theoretical framework and acupuncture related theory in Dongyi Baojian.By combing Huangdi Neijing and Dongyi Baojian,and comparing their philosophical background,theoretical system and connotation,the following conclusions are drawn.1.In Dongyi Baojian,it inherited in Huangdi Neijing " two fine muscle,and shaped,often first body is born essence ","gas","rong qi","yuan qi","heart hidden god","the five internal organs hidden god" and so on the fine,gas,god theory,It believes that "the spirit of God,the essence of man," paid attention to when acupuncture to treat disease aftercare "fine,gas,god".2.The classification of people's physical conditions from multiple perspectives in Huangdi Neijing has a certain influence on the formation of the acupuncture theory in Dongyi Baojian.Xu Jun pointed out that different acupuncture treatment methods should be selected for people with different constitutions and the same diseases because of their innate viscus endowment.3.Dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is based on the holistic view,the concept of constant motion,and the dialectical view as the core of the theory,and the "19 pathogenesis" proposed in huangdi neijing lays the theoretical foundation for the dialectical treatment.The theory of acupuncture in Dongyi Baojian not only inherits the dialectical thought in Neijing,but also cites a large number of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture therapies and acupoint names.4.The names of meridians,location of specific acupoints,indications and specific methods of acupuncture and moxibustion in Dongyi Baojian were gradually formed on the basis of Huangdi Neijing by taking the advantages of various experts.5.The theory of the use of acupuncture instruments in Dongyi Baojian is mainly derived from Huangdi Neijing,and there is a "nine-needling method" in the chapter of acupuncture.Based on the theory of "nine needles",the application method and indications are further proposed.There are also unique insights in the production of needles.6.The theoretical ideas in Huangdi Neijing have influenced the specific operation methods of acupuncture in the treatment of diseases.7.The article "Lingshu and Five Prohibition" in Huangdi Neijing laid a theoretical foundation for the contraindication of acupuncture in Dongyi Baojian.
