Research On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Complex Constitution And Analysis Of Related Indicators In The Population With Impaired Fasting Blood Glucose

Purpose: To analyze the distribution and formality of the constitution of the complex Chinese medicine in the fasting blood glucose impaired(IFG)population and its correlation research,from the aspects of emotion,diet and daily life,to provide targeted guidance for the prevention and treatment of diabetes in the future.Material and method:1.From September 2017 to October 2018,in the population of the Physical Examination Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,260 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for impaired fasting glucose were selected as subjects.According to the subjective and objective feelings of the subjects,those patients refer “Traditional Chinese Medicine Classification and Judgment” to fill in the questionnaire for the TCM Constitution Questionnaire.2.Record the basic conditions of the subjects including gender,age,height,weight,blood pressure(systolic blood pressure / diastolic blood pressure),physical and chemical examination including fasting glucose,blood lipids,blood uric acid and other data for collection.3.Apply Excel 2013 and SPSS 22.0 for data entry and analysis.Results:1.The frequency of phlegm-dampness was highest(39.61%),followed by qi deficiency(35.00%),yin deficiency(28.85%),and yang deficiency(27.30%).2.The TCM constitution of people with impaired fasting glucose is divided into single constitution and complex constitution,among which the composite constitution population is the majority,the ratio is 60.77% of the total number.3.Among the complex constitutions,the two kinds of complex constitutions are the most,accounting for 68.35% of the total.The top four frequencies from high to low are phlegm-dampness + damp heat,qi-deficiency+yang-deficiency,phlegm-dampness+ qi-deficiency,qi deficiency Quality + Yin deficiency.4.The number of females with qi deficiency + yang deficiency,qi deficiency and yin deficiency was higher than that of males(P<0.05);among the physiques with phlegm and qi deficiency,the number of males was more than that of females(P< 0.05);In the phlegm-dampness + damp-heat mass,the difference between male and female is not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.18-30 years old and 46-60 years old people were more common in the phlegm-dampness + damp-heat mass group(P<0.05);in the 31-45 age group,the phlegm-dampness + qi-deficiency group was more common(P< 0.05);more than 60 years old in the age group with qi deficiency + yang deficiency quality more common(P <0.05).6.The blood pressure(systolic blood pressure/diastolic blood pressure)and blood uric acid level were higher(P<0.05);the qi deficiency quality + yang deficiency quality group had higher triglyceride level(P<0.05);The total cholesterol in the quality + qi deficiency group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Among the people with impaired fasting glucose,the frequency of TCM constitution from high to low is phlegm-dampness,qi-deficiency,yin deficiency,and yang-deficiency,indicating that when the above constitutions are single or complex,it may lead to impaired fasting glucose,and the increased risk of illness;2.By analyzing the distribution of complex constitution types in different genders and age groups,and the levels of blood pressure,blood lipids,blood uric acid and other related factors in the patients with impaired fasting glucose,medical members can provide more targeted guidance and education on diabetes prevention for different populations.
