Clinical Observation Of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid Combined With PTCD Stent Implantation On Malignant Obstructive Jaundice

Purpose:To observe patients with malignant obstructive jaundice(MOJ)undergoing percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage(PTCD)and biliary stent implantation taking Yinzhihuang oral liquid after operation,and to explore the clinical efficacy of the patients and its influence on the quality of life.Material and method:Since May 2015,a total of 80 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice caused by different types of tumors have been treated,including 50 cases of liver cancer(1 case of liver metastasis from colon cancer),1 case of pancreatic head cancer,26 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and 3 cases of gallbladder cancer.Eighty patients with malignant obstructive jaundice were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.After PTCD and biliary stent implantation,both groups received conventional anti-infection,hemostasis,anti-inflammation,stomach protection,liver protection and other treatments,while ensuring the patency of internal and external drainage tubes of biliary tract.On this basis,the treatment group took Yinzhihuang oral liquid,and compared the liver function,postoperative complications,skin pruritus and other conditions of the two groups of patients.Results: 1.The liver function of all patients improved after treatment,but the liver function indexes such as bilirubin in Yinzhihuang treatment group decreased significantly.2.With the decrease of bilirubin,the skin pruritus of patients has improved,but the Yinzhihuang treatment group is more significant.3.The rate of bile duct re-obstruction 2 months after operation was better in Yinzhihuang treatment group than in control group.4.The hospitalization time of patients treated with Yinzhihuang was significantly shorter than that of patients in the control group.Conclusion:Yinzhihuang oral liquid can significantly improve symptoms and signs of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis after PTCD metal stent implantation,including yellow eyes,skin pruritus,yellow body,yellow urine,abdominal distension and tongue coating.It can improve liver function indexes of patients,especially TBIL and DBIL.And has no obvious adverse reactions,good safety,and can shorten the hospitalization period of patients,which is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
