Based On Data Mining, The Research On The Prescription Of "Puji Fang" For The Treatment Of Galls

Purpose:Through the data mining method,the characteristics of all the treatments for rickets in Pujifang were summarized,and the prescriptions were used to provide reference for the treatment of rickets.Method:A total of 96 prescriptions were collected from the Pujifang Collection of the Library of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and all the prescriptions for the treatment of rickets were collected and recorded in the V2.5 of the Chinese Medicine Heritage Supporting Platform.The statistics of the frequency of the classics,the four gases,the five flavors and the medications were used.association rule analysis,and clustering prescription analysis.Results:The 96 prescriptions for the treatment of rickets mainly belong to the liver,kidney,lung,stomach,spleen: four gases are mainly cold drugs,warm drugs;five flavors are mainly acid,xin and salt.And get 2 preferred drugs(seaweed,kelp)and 7commonly used drugs(mutong,alpaca,jellyfish,almond,cinnamon,pinellia,pine),according to the association rules to analyze a preferred combination(seaweed +Khumbu)and 15 common combinations(seaweed + almond,kelp + seaweed,wood pass + seaweed,cinnamon + seaweed,seaweed + pine,seaweed + sea bream shell,pinellia + seaweed,kelp + almond,kelp + wood pass,Khumbu + Cinnamon,Khumbu + Usong,Khumbu + Sea Shell,Khumbu + Mutong + Seaweed,Kumbu +Cinnamon + Seaweed,Kumbu + Seaweed + Pine,Kumbu + Seaweed + Sea Shell,6new core combinations(Shamp + Mutong + Antelope Horn,Shegan + Mutong +Burdock,Hazelnut + Licorice + Peppermint Algae + Usong + Sea Shell,Seaweed +Khumbu + Gentian,Dragonfly + Licorice + Chicken Yat)and 3 New square.And draw a network display.Conclusion:The main pathogenesis of rickets in Pujifang is mainly qi stagnation and phlegm,so qi stagnation and phlegm is the basic rule for treating rickets.It is supplemented by warming kidney and helping yang,and dialectically adding Qingre Liyan and Yiqijian.Spleen,promoting blood circulation,nourishing yin and fluidmedicine.
