Purpose:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the complexity of coronary artery disease with SYNTAX II score and to explore the correlation between Tei index and Syntax II score in patients with ACS(syndrome of heart blood stasis).Material and method:The study included 88 consecutive ACS patients(mean age: 59.9 ±8.3 years)who underwent coronary angiography. The patients were admitted to the hospital for coronary angiography, and the results of coronary angiography were evaluated by two interventionists. The SYNTAX score was obtained from the CRF working platform of the Department of Cardiology of the Northern War Zone General Hospital. The SYNTAX II score was scored by the http://www.syntaxscore.com/ system software, and the SYNTAX II score was divided into low-risk group(0 < SYNTAX II score ? 21.4,n = 29),middle risk group(21.4 ?SYNTAX II score ? 27.1,n = 29),and high risk group(27.2 ? SYNTAX II score ? 49.5,n =30)by using the method of triplet; The baseline data of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),)left ventricular Tei index, right ventricular Tei index and parameters reflecting cardiac diastolic function were recorded by routine echocardiography before coronary angiography. The statistical results of main risk factors, biochemical examination data and TCM syndrome integral of heart blood stasis syndrome were recorded.A prospective statistical analysis was conducted in 88 patients with ACS(syndrome of heart blood stasis)to explore the correlation between Tei index and SYNTAX II score in patients with acute coronary syndrome(syndrome of heart blood stasis).Results:1.With the increase of SYNTAX II score, the Tei index of left ventricle in the three groups showed a significant difference(0.49 ±0.07 vs.0.55 ±0.12 vs.0.58 ±0.14,P < 0.019).There was a significant difference in LVEF among the three groups(62.1 ±5.8 vs.59.2 ±7.3 vs.56.3±8.7,P = 0.014).The age difference among the three groups was statistically significant(55.4 ±8.7 vs.60.7 ±6.9 vs.63.5 ±7.3,P < 0.001).The proportion of female patients in high-risk group was significantly higher than that in middle-risk group and low-risk group(10.3% vs.27.6% vs 60%,P < 0.001).Creatinine clearance rate(Cr Cl(ml/min)was significantly different among the three groups(113.6 ±37.8 vs.100.9 ±21.2 vs.85.4 ±29.7,P = 0.003).There were significant differences in the number of vascular lesions among the three groups(P < 0.027)and the scores of TCM syndromes(8.2 ±1.4 vs.9.3 ±1.6 vs.9.5 ±1.7,P < 0.002).2.The results of Person correlation analysis showed:Tei index of left ventricle, age, high density lipoprotein(HDL),syndrome score were positively correlated with SYNTAX II score(r=0.361,P<0.001;r=0.544,P=0.010;r=0.248,P<0.001;r=0.357,P<0.001;).There was a negative correlation between SYNTAX II score and LVEF,hemoglobin,Cr Cl,male ratio(r=-0.427,P<0.001;r=-0.261,P=0.007;r=-0.479,P<0.001;r=-0.474,P<0.001;).3.Multivariate linear regression analysis of 3.SYNTAX II score showed that tei index of left ventricle,LVEF value, sex, syndrome score of cardiac blood stasis syndrome were significantly correlated with SYNTAX II score(?=15.334,P=0.003;?=-28.945,P=0.009;?=-3.302,P=0.038;?=0.786,P=0.042).Conclusion:1.Tei index of left ventricle was positively correlated with the complexity of coronary artery lesions.Left ventricular Tei index could be used as an index to evaluate the complexity of coronary artery lesions in patients with ACS(syndrome of heart blood stasis).2.TCM syndrome score can predict the complexity of coronary artery disease in patients with ACS(Heart Blood stasis Syndrome).3.Through this study,non-invasive examination can better reflect the complexity of coronary artery lesions, alleviate the pain of patients, better predict ACS and guide early diagnosis and treatment.
