Objective:Central functional area meningioma is often accompanied by many central circumfluence veins.CT,MRI T1WI,Flair,MRA,MRV and other modes were applied to construct the relationship between functional area meningioma and peripheral veins,so as to provide guidance for vein protection during intraoperative tumor resection. Methods:Selected 15 cases of patients durning September 2017 to March 2019 from The Second People's Hospital of Hunan Province which under multimodal images fusion with central functional area meningioma.A retrospective analysis was performed on 17 patients who underwent traditional microresection from March 2015to September 2017 as the control group, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with grade?in tumor resection, postoperative complications and postoperative prognosis, etc. Results:There were 13 cases?86.67%?of grade 1 resection in the study group and 13cases?76.47%?in the control group. There was no significant difference in grade 1resection rate between the two groups?p=0.4609?.There were no postoperative complications in the study group and 4 cases?76.47%?in the control group, showing a significant difference?p=0.0446?.The postoperative KPS score of the study group was 98.57±3.52 points, and that of the control group was 89.33±18.70 points. The quality of life of the patients was significantly improved?p=0.0424?.Conclusion:Multimodal image fusion technology can accurately locate function, and clearly shows that the tumor and central vein, and combined with neural electrophysiological monitoring intraoperative real-time protection function, reduce postoperative neurological dysfunction, within the scope of the safety maximize resection, patients with lower incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of the survival of patients with postoperative.
