The Clinical Comparative Observation Of Warm Needling Moxibustion And Supervising Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Limb Spasm After Ischemic Stroke

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of the patients with spastic hemiplegia of ischemic stroke by Du Moxibustion and Warm Acupuncture Moxibustion method.Provide a more scientific and reasonable treatment plan for this disease.Methods: 90 Patients with Spasm spastic hemiplegia of ischemic stroke,which are randomly divided into three groups,including treatment group I,treatment group II,and control group.Each group had 30 cases.All of the three groups were treated with basic treatment.The treatment group I was intervened by Warm Acupuncture Moxibustion combine with Bobath method.The treatment group II was intervened by Du Moxibustion combine with Bobath method.The control groupwas intervened by Bobath method.4weeks after treatment,the difference in clinical efficacy among the three groups was observed according to the varieties of the Modified Ashworth rating scale,Modified Barthel Index and Simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment.Results: 1.The three groups were compared before and after treatment:the Modified Ashworth rating scale was decreased,while the Modified Barthel Index and Simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment were increased,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.The treatment group I was compared with the treatment group II and control group before and after treatment:the scores of Modified Ashworth rating scale,Modified Barthel Index and Simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment were statistically significant(p<0.05).It indicated that the treatment group I was more effective than the treatment group II and control group in relieving the muscle spasticity,improving activities of daily life,motor function of the patients.After treatment,the Modified Ashworth rating scale ? Modified Barthel Index and Simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment between the treatment group II and control group were not statistically significant(p>0.05).It showed that the treatment group II was as same effective as control group in relieving the muscle spasticity,improving activities of daily life and motor functionand of the patients.The total effective rate in the treatment group I was 86.67%,superior to the treatment group II and the control group(P<0.05).Conclution:Warm Acupuncture Moxibustion could effectively improve the motor function of ischemic stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia,improve activities of daily life,relieve the muscle spasticity.The Warm Acupuncture Moxibustion was more effective than the Du moxibustion combine with Bobath method and the Bobath method.The Du moxibustion combine with Bobath method and the Bobath method were similar in the Modified Ashworth rating scale?Modified Barthel Index and Simplified Fugl-Meyer.
