Objective:This study was to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yufeng Decoction in the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency of non-alcoholic fatty hepatitis. Methods:According to the standard,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group. The treatment group was treated with lifestyle intervention+ Yufeng decoction, and the control group was treated with lifestyle intervention +western medicine. The two groups were treated with two courses of treatment for six weeks. Before and after treatment, observe and count the TCM symptom score, liver function, blood lipid, ultrasonic fatty liver index of each group to determine the efficacy of Yufeng decoction, and at the same time observe and record the vital signs, blood routine, liver and kidney function, adverse drug reactions of patients to evaluate the safety of drugs.Results:1.TCM syndrome score and treatment after treatment were significantly lower than before(P < 0.05),and between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Liver transaminase and blood lipid decreased significantly after treatment(P <0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of abdominal fatty liver(P >0.05).3.The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% and the total effective rate of the control group was 53.3%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.4.In the course of treatment, there was no adverse event in both groups, which damaged important organs(heart,liver,kidney,etc.).Conclusion:The effect of lifestyle intervention combined with Yufeng Decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis is similar to that of the control group in improving liver function and blood lipid. The treatment group is better than thecontrol group in improving TCM symptoms, which can provide reference for clinical treatment.
