| STUDY ON CHARACTERISTIC CHANGE OF BREAST CANCER AFTER NEOADJUVANT CHEMOTHERAPY AND THE PATHOLOGICAL MP(MILLER-PAYNE)GRADINGBackground To explore the characteristic change of breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and the pathological MP(Miller-Payne)grading.Methods 131 cases of breast cancer which receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy and have surgery were retrospectively analyzed.The pathological MP(Miller-Payne)grading were divided into two types,tape I containing MP grading I,tape II with MP grading II III IV and V.Meanwhile,the image of these two tapes were analyzed,including size and density.Result The size of these two type have statistically different,The density of these two type have no statistically different.Conclusion There are correlation between the change of X imaging after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and pathological MP(Miller-Payne)grading,and have significant on prediction of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in clinic.STUDY ON THE PATHOLOGICAL MP(MILLER-PAYNE)GRADING OF BREAST CANCER AFTER NEOADJUVANT CHENMOTHERAPY AND THE CLINICAL PATHOLOGYBackground To explore the pathological MP(Miller-Payne)grading of breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and the clinical pathology.Methods 47 cases of breast cancer which receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy and have surgery were retrospectively analyzed.The pathological MP(Miller-Payne)grading were divided into two types,tape I containing MP grading IV,V,tape II with MP grading I,II,III.Meanwhile,the postoperative clinical pathology of these two tapes were analyzed,including ER,PR,HER2,P53,Ki-53.Result The form of these two type have statistically different,The ER,Her-2 of these two type have statistically different,The PR,P53,Ki-53 of these two type have no statistically different.Conclusion There are correlation between pathological MP(Miller-Payne)grading and the clinical pathology,and have significant on choice of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in clinic. |
