Objective: With comprehensively analyzing the outpatient satisfaction and its influencing factors of Z hospital,a set of optimization sche me of outpatient performance management will be designed.In order to stimulate the internal potential of employees and guide the hospital to use limited resources to provide better medical services for patients,we need to actively integrate the strength of each outpatient department and personnel,with the overall goal of the hospital as the di rection.And improve the overall operating efficiency of the hospital,so as to benefit the people,practice the existing mission of the hospital,and achieve sustainable development.Methods: In this paper,we take public Z hospital as the material.Using the method of questionnaire to analyze the current situation of outpatient satisfaction.According to the results,the first-line outpatient staff were selected as the interviewees,who were encouraged to actively express their real ideas about the current situation of outpatient performance management.Then through Delphi Method obtaining index value,evaluating index weight according to The Analytic Hierarchy Proc ess(AHP),The index system of outpatient performa nce management is initially constructed.Results: First of all,according to the performance plan,a three-level 24 performance evaluation index system for outpatient service is preliminarily established.Secondly,effective performan ce counseling is used as the implementation guarantee.Then the performance evaluation is carried out on the completion of the plan.Finally,the long-term mechanism of performance management system optimization is established t hrough performance feedback.Conclusion: The quality of outpatient medical experience is directly related to patient satisfac tion,and then affects the reputation of the hospital,which plays an important role in the long-term development of the hospital.In order to ensure the sustainable development of public hospitals,this paper analyzes the existing problems and related influencing factors in the performance management by invest igating the satisfaction of outpatients,and then put forward corresponding solutions and methods.Fina lly,the optimization strategy of outpatient performance management is put forward from multiple perspectives.
