Xiaochaihu Decoction Combined With Transnasal Intestinal Obstruction Catheter For The Treatment Of Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:In this study,traditional Chinese medicine treatment of intestinal obstruction was combined with modern western medicine advanced treatment methods,and Xiaochaihu decoction combined with intestinal obstruction catheter was used to treat adhesive intestinal obstruction,aiming to provide a new method for traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern western medicine to treat AIO.Methods:A total of 40 patients diagnosed as adherent ileus with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in the Department of General Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to April 2020 were randomly divided into clinical control group and clinical experimental group.The treatment method of the clinical control group was treatmented with a transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter,and the treatment method of the clinical experimental group was treatmented with a combination of transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter and Chinese medicine.Observed the indexes of recovery of exhaust and defecation function,time to start eating,time of intestinal catheter removal,and hospitalization time after intubation of the two groups of patients;Compared the changes of inflammatory indexes of the two groups of patients and their treatment resultsResults:The average time of exhaustion and defecation,the time of abdominal pain and bloating disappeared,the time of eating,the abdominal vertical position plain film showed the disappearance time of gas and liquid in the intestine,the time of removal of the intestinal catheter,and the number of hospitalization days after intubation Shorter than the control group;Patients in the clinical experimental group had inflammatory counts such as WBC count,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(CRP)in the blood routine after treatment The level of related indicators was lower than that of the control group;its total effective rate was higher than that of the clinical control groupConclusion:Transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter combined with Xiaochaihu decoction can be better to relieve the intestinal obstruction performance of adhesive intestinal obstruction of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.It can shorten the time for the bowel to restore the peristaltic function,and can also effectively shorten the relief time of anal exhaustion,defecation,abdominal pain and bloating.
