Clinical Observation Of Huayu Zhitong Decoction Combined With Ear Acupoint Pressing Beans In The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea With Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Huayu Zhitong decoction combined with ear acupoint pressing beans on improving the symptoms,intensity and duration of abdominal pain of primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome),analyze the change of therapeutic effect before and after treatment and during follow-up period,evaluate its clinical effect,and provide basis for clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome),enrich and perfect traditional Chinese medicine Methods of treatment.Material and method:62 patients with primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome)were selected in this study.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,31 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Huayu Zhitong decoction and auricular point pressing bean simultaneously,while the control group was treated with Huayu Zhitong decoction alone.Three menstrual cycles were treated continuously.Before and after treatment,the safety and efficacy indexes were observed and recorded respectively,and the therapeutic effects of the treatment group and the control group were compared.Results:1.Through the continuous treatment and follow-up of three menstrual cycles,the results show that the therapeutic observation indexes of the treatment group and the control group are lower than before,so it shows that both treatment methods can improve the pain degree of patients;at the same time,the results show that there is statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group,and the score of the treatment group is lower,which shows that the treatment group is improving the patients Dysmenorrhea is more obvious(except for the duration of abdominal pain).2.After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group.The total effective rate in relieving dysmenorrhea was 93.33% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group.The ranksum test of the above data showed that thetreatment group was superior to the control group in the efficacy of TCM syndrome and the clinical efficacy of dysmenorrhea(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Oral administration of Huayu Zhitong decoction,ear acupoint pressing beans and simply oral administration of Huayu Zhitong decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome,reduce the degree of dysmenorrhea pain and reduce the duration of abdominal pain,but the former is better than the latter.2.Through the study of the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with the comprehensive therapy of Huayu Zhitong decoction and ear acupoint pressing beans,the effectiveness of the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome was affirmed,and scientific data was provided for it,which enriched the way of treatment of primary dysmenorrhea in traditional Chinese Medicine and broadened the treatment thinking.
