Purpose:Data mining and statistical technology were used to analyze the prescript ions of hyperthyroidism in ancient and modern medicine, hoping to provide referenc e for clinical doctors in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Material and method:Based on the Chinese medical code and the sea of Chin ese medical code, the relevant literature of ancient doctors in treating gall gas was collected;based on the database of Wanfang Data knowledge service platform,CNKI,CBM and VIP,the relevant literature of modern doctors in treating hyperthyroidism was collected, and the above literature was collated In theory and induction,WPS office 2019 and SPSS statistics 26.0 software are used for frequency analysis and clu ster analysis.Results:1 According to the statistical results of prescriptions and drugs in ancient literature,91 prescriptions for the treatment of gall Qi were obtained, involving 127 drugs, wit h a total frequency of 615 times. The high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine ta kes seaweed and kunbu as the core medicine;19 kinds of traditional Chinese medici ne are used in total, with phlegm resolving, expectorant, antitussive and antiasthmati c medicine in the first place, followed by heat clearing medicine,Qi regulating and l iver soothing medicine, water promoting and damp permeating medicine, deficiency t onifying medicine, internal warming medicine, surface resolving medicine, blood activ ating and stasis removing medicine;the top three of the four Qi of traditional Chine se medicine are cold, warm and flat, with the highest total frequency of cold and c ool medicine;the bitter taste is the first, followed by salty, spicy, and cold taste Sw eet taste;the Chinese medicine used belongs to 12 meridians, and the top six meri dians of Chinese medicine are stomach meridian, liver meridian, lung meridian, kidne y meridian, spleen meridian and heart meridian in order;9 groups of commonly use d drug combinations were extracted by cluster analysis.2 According to the statistics of prescriptions and drugs in modern literature,365 pre scriptions for hyperthyroidism were obtained, involving 224 drugs, with a total frequ ency of 4520.The high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine takes Prunella vulgaris, white peony, bupleurum, liquorice and Scrophularia as the core drugs;18 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine are used, with tonic drugs ranking first, followed by hea t clearing drugs, expectorant, antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs, blood activating dr ugs, liver nourishing drugs, liver regulating drugs;the top three of the four Qi of tr aditional Chinese medicine are respectively cold, micro cold and flat, with the highes t total frequency of cold and cool drugs;the bitter taste is the first, followed by sw eet taste There are 12 meridians of traditional Chinese medicine. The first six meridi ans of traditional Chinese medicine are liver, lung, heart, spleen, kidney and stomach.10 groups of common drug combinations are extracted by cluster analysisConclusion:1 The same points in ancient and modern medicine use: ancient and modern doctor s are good at using tonic drugs, heat clearing drugs, expectorant, antitussive and ant iasthmatic drugs, blood activating drugs, liver regulating drugs, mainly cold and cold drugs, and the use of drugs is mainly bitter, sweet, pungent and salty, all of which belong to twelve meridians, and the first six meridians belong to the same, namely liver, heart, spleen, lung, kidney and stomach.2 The differences between ancient and modern medicine: most ancient doctors thou ght that the pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism was based on the combination of Qi,phlegm and blood stasis. They often used the "attack evil medicine" of clearing heat and resolving phlegm, regulating qi and promoting blood circulation, and clearing th roat. They also used the medicine of warming the inside and dispersing cold, and to nifying deficiency and regulating the middle. Most modern doctors thought that hype rthyroidism was based on the deficiency of yin and fire, the deficiency of Qi and Yi n,and the "tonic medicine" of nourishing yin and reducing fire, supplementing qi an d nourishing blood, and resolving phlegm, promoting qi and promoting blood circulat ion and removing blood stasis. The overall efficacy characteristics of high frequency core drugs and drug combinations extracted by cluster analysis are similar to the above conclusions. In ancient times, traditional Chinese medicine rich in iodine was oft en used to treat hyperthyroidism, while in modern times, low iodine or non iodine drugs were mostly used.In modern times, the proportion of drugs belonging to sto mach meridian decreased significantly, and the proportion of drugs belonging to hear t meridian increased significantly;in ancient times, physicians preferred to use salt c old products to soften and firm the structure, and more often than salt to attack e vils;in modern times, they preferred to use sweet cold drugs to nourish yin and cle ar away heat, and more good at "Gan" to fill deficiency.
