Based On The Research On The Characteristics Of Syndromes And Treatments Of Simple Obesity And Overweight In The Past 10 Years Based On Journal Literature

Objective: Through the collection of literature on the treatment of simple obesity and overweight with traditional Chinese medicine in the past 10 years,the TCM syndrome types and drug use were statistically analyzed,and the TCM syndrome differentiation,drug use and treatment rules were discussed,so as to provide basis for the treatment of simple obesity and overweight with traditional Chinese medicine,so as to further improve the clinical efficacy.Methods: To collect TCM clinical research literature on simple obesity and overweight published in medical journals from 2008 to 2019.The paper summarized the TCM syndrome differentiation,treatment and drug use in the literature that met the research standards,and used EXCEL software for data statistical analysis.The TCM syndrome differentiation syndrome types,TCM syndrome differentiation treatment methods,prescriptions and their drug compositions in the literature were summarized.Calculate the TCM syndrome types,the prescriptions used,the TCM contained in the prescriptions and their respective proportions,and make a chart.In addition,the frequency of TCM use was ranked according to the level,and the sexual taste and meridians of 18 TCM herbs in accordance with the golden section method were counted,and the TCM treatment mechanism or modern pharmacological analysis were performed on these herbs.Results: After classification search and frequency statistics,the golden section method was adopted to obtain the syndrome treatment characteristics of simple obesity(overweight)as follows:1.The common syndrome types were spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome(14.09%),stomach heat and dampness syndrome(10.52%),spleen deficiency and phlegm and dampness syndrome(10.43%),liver depression syndrome(9.23%),spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome(8.79%),gastrointestinal solid heat syndrome(6.32%),liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome(4.89%).The major syndromes were spleen(38.61%),stomach(26.8%),kidney(12.85%),liver(10.7%),and dampness(43.74%),phlegm(15.44%),heat(15.26%),and qi deficiency(11.74%).2.High-frequency prescriptions include shenling baizhu powder(14.30%),peilian mahuang prescription(12.50%),wuling powder(8.93%),chaihu shugan powder(7.14%),zhenwu tang(7.14%),baohe pill(5.36%)and xiaoyao powder(5.36%).The types of prescription are tonic,clearing damp,anti-conductive agent and so on.3.High-frequency prescriptions include shenling baizhu powder(14.30%),peilian mahuang prescription(12.50%),wuling powder(8.93%),chaihu shugan powder(7.14%),zhenwu tang(7.14%),baohe pill(5.36%)and xiaoyao powder(5.36%).The types of prescription are tonic,clearing damp,anti-conductive agent and so on.Conclusion:1.The dialectical syndrome of simple obesity and overweight mainly includes spleen deficiency,dampness syndrome,dampness and heat syndrome,liver depression syndrome,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency.Simple obesity and overweight disease and spleen,dampness is the main pathogenic factor.Spleen deficiency and senility can involve the liver and kidney for a long time,liver,kidney disease can also involve the spleen and stomach,the relationship between the viscera is close.The disease of simple obesity and overweight is divided into deficiency and deficiency.The deficiency is mainly caused by qi deficiency,and the deficiency is mainly caused by phlegm,dampness and heat.2.Simple obesity and overweight high frequency prescriptions are: shenling baishu powder,peilian mahuang fang,wuling SAN,chaihu shugan SAN,zhenwu tang,baohe pills,xiaoyao SAN.
