| Nowadays,with the continuous increase of household disposable income,the emphasis on children’s health and related economic investment are also increasing.Among them,pharmacies,as an indispensable part of China’s medical service system,play an indispensable role in providing children patients and their guardians with related services.Whether the services consumers receive in pharmacies can receive positive feedback,and whether the staff in pharmacies can bring higher-quality services to consumers through their own business capabilities are the issues that should be valued at present.Objective:This article takes three chain pharmacies in five districts of Shenyang as the research object,starting from the professional ability of chain pharmacy staff and management of in-store equipment,and at the same time surveying relevant consumers to understand their children’s medication services provided by chain pharmacy staff What attitude do you have,what are your opinions and suggestions on chain pharmacies,analyze the problems and causes that affect consumer satisfaction with children’s medication,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of children’s medication in chain pharmacies.Methods: This article uses the literature research method,questionnaire method and observation method as the research method.This article takes three chain pharmacies in five districts of Shenyang as the research object,investigates the related research objects through the methods of previous literature research,questionnaire survey and field investigation,and organizes and analyzes the relevant data results.Results: After investigation and analysis,from the perspective of the relevant staff within the chain pharmacy,there are problems such as inadequate business level,insufficient publicity of the latest children’s drug information,and insufficient professional training in the store.From the perspective of consumers,there are chains Problems such as poor service quality of pharmacy staff and unmet needs for children ’s medication-related additional services.Conclusion: Through the survey and analysis of the satisfaction of children’s medication and pharmacy services in three chain pharmacies in five districts in Shenyang,it is recommended to strengthen the intensity of relevant training in the store,do a good job of promoting children’s medication and strengthen the sensitivity of relevant staff to relevant information.Improve the professional ability of the staff in the store,improve the guidelines for children ’s medication in the store to meet the relevant needs of consumers,and provide better additional services to bring consumers a better experience. |
