Objective:Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang(hereinafter referred to as "Ju Fang")is the first patent medicine pharmacopoeia compiled by the government in the history of our country. Many prescriptions in the book are still widely used in clinical practice. This topic mainly uses the method of literature research to explore the source of prescriptions and the application of classical prescriptions in the book "Ju Fang",in order to understand the prescriptions contained in "Ju Fang" from the perspective of prescription source,to clarify the characteristics of selecting prescriptions in "Ju Fang",and to provide reference for the application of classical prescriptions by TCM clinical workers today through sorting out, summarizing and analyzing the application of classical prescriptions in "Ju Fang".Methods:The subject takes "Ju Fang" as the research object, and mainly adopts literature research, statistical analysis, comparative analysis and other research methods.(1)Literature research method:?Literature review part,to sort out, summarize and summarize the literature and reports related to "Ju Fang",to master the research progress of"Ju Fang" in recent years;?The research part of prescription source discusses the significance and classification of prescription source research on the basis of existing research,so as to make a specific positioning for the research of prescription source of this topic. The"Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription" edited by Peng Huairen and published by People's Health Publishing House in 1993 is taken as the main reference book, and the sources of prescription of all parties are determined in combination with other relevant research.?The application research part of the classic prescription mainly explores the relevant contents in the "Ju Fang" from the following three aspects:dosage form administration method, main treatment syndrome and modified classic prescription.(2)Statistical analysis method:by using Microsoft Excel frequency statistical method, the prescriptions in each volume of "Ju Fang" are sorted, counted and analyzed according to the source of prescriptions, and the statistical results in each volume of "Ju Fang" are summarized to obtain a table of the sources of prescriptions in the "Ju Fang" book.Based on this table, the characteristics of selecting prescriptions in "Ju Fang" are analyzed, thus creating a new understanding of "Bureau Fang".(3)comparative analysis method:compare the contents in"Ju Fang" with the relevant original texts in "treatise on febrile diseases" and "synopsis of the golden chamber",and analyze and summarize the application of "Ju Fang" to classical prescriptions according to their similarities and differences.Results:(1)The existing researches on "Ju Fang" are not only numerous, but also involve a wide range, including books, editions, appendix contents, diseases and syndromes, prescriptions, achievements and evaluations, etc. However, there are few research data related to the sources of prescriptions, and there is a lack of systematic research on the application of classical prescriptions.(2)Of the 788 prescriptions contained in "Ju Fang",the sources of 20 prescriptions are difficult to determine,23 prescriptions are from about 19 ancient people,22 prescriptions are from 13 lost ancient books,723 prescriptions are from 32 existing ancient books;(3)There are 512 prescriptions known to be derived from "Ju Fang",accounting for 65%of the total prescriptions in this book, and the proportion of such prescriptions in all volumes of "Ju Fang"(except volume 9)is more than half; There are at least 669 prescriptions in the Song Dynasty in "Ju Fang",accounting for 85%of the total prescriptions in "Ju Fang";There are a total of 28 classical prescriptions in "Ju Fang".Apart from "Ju Fang",it is second only to the number of prescriptions derived from "Taiping Shenghui Fang".(4)As for the dosage form of the classical prescriptions, the Ju Fang changes all the decoction classical prescriptions into boiled powder, and the dosage of each time is mostly about 12g(i.e.San Qian in Song Dynasty). The "Ju Fang" indicates the time of taking the various drugs, such as Lizhong Pills for "before eating",Xiaoqinglong Decoction for "after eating",Xiaobanxia and Fuling Decoction for "hollow" and so on.(5)The record of treating diseases by classical prescriptions in "Ju Fang" reflects its inheritance from "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and"Synopsis of the Golden Chamber",which generally conforms to the spirit of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine."Ju Fang" supplements or expands the main treatment syndromes of the classical prescriptions and summarizes the efficacy of some classical prescriptions and the etiology and pathogenesis of the treatment syndromes.(6)Some prescriptions in "Ju Fang" can be regarded as the addition and subtraction of Shu Yu Pill,Gegen Decoction,Wuling Powder,Ganjiang Lingzhu Decoction,Mahuang Decoction and other classical prescriptions. These prescriptions are undoubtedly the inheritance and development of classical prescriptions.Conclusion:(1)The prescriptions in "Ju Fang" come from a wide range of sources, and the book brings together many excellent prescriptions from Song Dynasty and before Song Dynasty. From the perspective of prescription inheritance, the innovation of prescriptions in Ju Fang is far greater than inheritance.Judging from the time when prescriptions were produced, most prescriptions in Ju Fang originated in Song Dynasty.Through the comparison between various sources,it can be seen that "Ju Fang" pays more attention to classical prescriptions.(2)The "Ju Fang" changes the decoction classical prescriptions into boiled powder, which not only expands the application forms of classical prescriptions, but also has important reference significance for the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine today.Boiled powder has the advantages of reliable curative effect, saving medicinal materials, convenience and rapidness, etc. If boiled powder can be used reasonably,it will help to solve the problem of waste of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the acceptance of traditional Chinese medicine by the people.(3)While inheriting Zhong Jing's original text,Ju Fang also supplements or expands the main treatment certificate of classical prescriptions and records a large number of modified and modified classical prescriptions, which is of great reference value to the clinical application of classical prescriptions in Chinese medicine today.
