Professor Yingxu Hao's Experience In The Treatment Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer EGFR-TKIs-related Diarrhea In Traditional Chinese Medicine

This paper mainly explores the research progress of traditional Chinese and western medicine on diarrhea in non-small cell lung cancer patients with positive egfr mutation after using egfr tyrosine kinase inhibitor,and discusses and summarizes professor hao yingxu's traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods.This paper consists of two parts:literature review and clinical study.The first part is a literature review,including two parts:a review of the research progress of egfr-tkis related diarrhea in non-small cell lung cancer.Egfr-tkis have a significant advantage in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with egfr-positive mutations,but diarrhea,as one of the major adverse reactions of egfr-tkis,seriously affets the quality of life of patients and even the treatment.At present,no studies have been able to clearly indicate the specific mechanism of egfr-tkis related diarrhea,but secretory diarrhea,intestinal mucosal atrophy,multi-factor effect and other theories have been studied on its mechanism,and the possibility of immune mediated diarrhea is small This is of guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of egfr-tkis related diarrhea and deserves more attention.To review the treatment of diarrhea associated with egfr-tkis in non-small cell lung cancer.Egfr-tkis induced diarrhea may affect the quality of life of patients,and in severe cases may cause discontinuation of treatment or even death.Currently,the treatment of egfr-tkis associated diarrhea in western medicine is similar to the treatment of chemotherapy-related diarrhea,namely patient education,diet control,drug control and dose reduction.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it is mainly due to cancer,drug toxicity damage to the spleen and stomach,consumption of qi and blood,resulting in weak spleen and stomach,transport of water and grain essence damage,leading to diarrhea,treatment to yiqi jianpi,clearing damp antidiarrhea as the treatment according to the specific condition as appropriate.The second part is based on the TCM inheritance assistance system to explore the diarrhea rule related to egfr-tkis in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer by professor hao yingxu A total of 97 TCM prescriptions for treatment of egfr-tkis related diarrhea in NSCLC were collected,involving 169 TCM prescriptions.Among them,the top five most frequently used Chinese medicines are astragalus membranaceus,Gordon uryale,henijin,qiaoshenqu and tutuafuling.In the statistics of the four qi,most of the drugs were of flat nature,followed by the drugs of warm,cold,cold and hot.It can be seen from the distribution of the five tastes that the sweet medicine has an obvious advartage,followed by the bitter medicine,the astringent medicine,the sour medicine and the salty medicine.The top five channels were spleen,lung,liver,stomach and kidney.In the treatment of egfr-tkis associated diarrhea,professor hao yingxu took the principle of invigorating qi and spleen,warming kidney and nourishing Yin,and detoxification Attention property is balanced,with gan yangwei,in certain limits,can control diarrhoea effectively.Egfr-tkis associated diarrhea affects the quality of life of patients and even the treatment effect,requiring early detection and timely treatment,which is worthy of more clinical trials to explore.
