Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Management Of Continuing Medical Education In Hospitals

At present,the overall capacity and level of China's health professionals cannot meet the needs of the modernization drive and the improvement of people's health.With the further development of China's medical education and medical services,new and higher requirements have been put forward for medical and health professionals.Continuing medical education is not only an important part of medical education,but also an important method and basic guarantee to improve the ability of health professionals.Therefore,it is necessary to research of the current condition of the continuing medical education of hospital,discusses the present situation of continuing medical education in conducting some of the problems,establish and improve the teaching management of continuing medical education constantly,make it more scientific,standardized and institutionalized,able to adapt to the current social development trend,promote the sustainable development of continuing medical education.A hospital in nanjing as an example,this study analyzes the present status of continuing medical education in hospital,and through personal interviews,questionnaires and other forms,explore some of the problems that exist,and according to these problems,work out some corresponding strategies,in order to improve the status of continuing medical education,can more effectively improve the comprehensive ability and quality of health professional and technical personnel.At the same time,it can also provide some empirical basis for the health management department to make the policy of continuing medical education.Through the investigation of the present situation of continuing medical education in a hospital in nanjing,some problems are found,which are summarized as follows: first,continuing education emphasizes knowledge over professional ethics;Second,the pure pursuit of theoretical learning ignores the cultivation of practical ability;Thirdly,the content of continuing education is obsolete and the form is monotonous.Fourth,the continuing education resources are insufficient and the utilization efficiency is not high;Fifth,cooperation in continuing education supervision is insufficient.In view of these problems,this paper provides some countermeasures and Suggestions for the management of continuing medical education in hospitals,mainly including the following points: first,pay attention to the establishment of continuing education culture in the cultivation of consciousness;Second,on the training goal,pay attention to the training of practical ability and scientific research ability;Thirdly,in terms of training means,develop modern distance teaching with various forms;Four is in the management mode,the introduction of information integration management;Fifth,on the operational mechanism,from "separate administration" to multi-department joint supervision.
