| The relationship between ancient Chinese literature and the power is very complicated:literature itself is the vehicle of political operation,and the realization of power can not be separated from the support of literature.As one of the keywords in Chinese culture,"Qi(queer)",with a heretical color,can be used as an excellent entry point to explore the complex relationship between ancient Chinese literature and power discourse.This paper is divided into three sections,the first part summarizes the "Qi" as key words of Chinese culture has a unique negative meaning,including social values,including rebelliousness of social values,negativity of cultural habits,transcendence of literal content and form.As a constituent part of literature’s legitimacy,"Qi" fit in with the first layer,but not meet the second one.As a result,it is used to be a pioneer to resist aggression of Confucism of Han dynasty,and may lead to the order advocated by literature cannot be accepted by the rulers at the same time.So "Qi" has been only limited to the literary field and took part in the struggle of discourse power after Wei-jin period.The second part shows how orthodox ideology specifies literature,by defining mainstream literary discourse——Confucian Orthodoxy.Firstly,the power stabilizes itself by rejecting the concept of "Qi",or divides into "real" or "faux".Secondly,the power reduces the importance of"Qi",raising the positive position of"Zheng(Confucism)" after the independence of literature in Wei-jin period.Thirdly,The connotation of"Qi" has been eliminated,or separated,confused with the concept"uneventful","spontaneous".This is actually the process of ideology and scholars conspiracy.In the third part,from the point of view of scholars,they almost have two identities,one of them is officials and spokesmen of Confucism,another one is litterateur and literature theorist.The illogicality of the two identities makes"Qi" having the living space meanwhile.When conflict occurs,a politician who is as clear as the idea will attack the other party by reason of his judgment,but as a genius litterateur,he can’t stop yearning for beauty,ancient literature movement in mid-Tang dynasty’s failure is a good example.Informal writing also could tolerate "Qi",like poetry,Qu and popular fiction when they rebel against the mainstream "Confucism".Under the premise of commercial development,litterateurs neither want to participate in politics,nor live in seclusion.In the pursuit of "Qi" and physical pleasure,they attempt to break away from political power. |
