A Report On The Creation Of "Love"

Russian famous writer Leo Tolstoy once said,“Art is not a skill,it is a conveyance of the emotion experienced by the artist.”A good work of art must reveal the creator's deep feelings,and only in this way can it impress the viewer's heart.For example,the well-known world famous painting Mona Lisa is a work that expresses a strong humanistic feeling of its author Da Vinci.And the Chinese painting Along the Riverside During the Qingming Festival,the surface of which depicts the city appearance and people's living condition in the North Song Dynasty,expresses the idea of Zhang on the society at that time.If the author has an excessive pursuit of technical effects and the form sense of picture during the creation while ignoring his most authentic emotion expression,the work created by him is difficult to achieve the moving effect.With an awareness of my weakness in basic skills and painting techniques,I strengthen the study of techniques during the Master period while holding a pursuit of expressing true feelings in my own paintings in order to make the paintings be more close to art.Compared to the natural scenery of flower,birds,fish and insects,I prefer some living things as my creating material,which is more close to our lives in my opinion.In my graduation creation love,I choose a set of still life to express my true feelings.The contradiction between the small and big bottle intertwined by brambles and birds flying out from the cage shows my reflection on parents' love for their children.This paper elaborates the creating experience of Love and the thinking and exploration of emotion expression from the following three aspects: origin of Love(creation reason),the image of Love(creating process)and the enlightenment of Love(creating sentiment),and it records the problems and solutions during the entire creation process.
