Exploring The Language Of Modern And Contemporary Oil Painting Art's Planarization Form

Since the Renaissance,oil painting has experienced hundreds of years of historical evolution.With the development and innovation of history,the content of artworks is no longer the only thing painters overwhelmingly emphasize,the relative independence and particularity of art language are attached to increasing importance.Chinese modern and contemporary oil painting has drawn on various western art styles,combining its own traditional painting method to gradually form a new artistic language.It isn' t limited to three-dimensional space,the expression tends to be in flattened style.This thesis sketches the emergence and development of the complanation in oil painting in terms of Western modern art history at first.By analyzing the example artworks from both Chinese and foreign artists,combing with the author' s diploma project,this paper explores the enlightenment and significance of complanation in oil painting.Through the elaboration,it aims to provide inspiration and reference for practitioners to apply complanation style to oil painting.Complanation is not only the innovation of form language,but more of the stressed expression of inner feeling by artists.It' s an effective way to color the artistic life by broadening the field of painting performance and facilitating individuals' understanding of the charm of complanation.
