In the Yangtze River area of Zhenjiang, there have been numerous sandbanks since ancient times.Since the Song Dynasty, especially during the Ming and Qing dynasties, after the resettlement of immigrants and the maintenance of local officials, the region gradually formed a local community of sandbanks with Kaishazhou as its main body and begun to take shape. In the context of the continuous increase in local sandbanks, local societies have continued to change. At the same time, the local government has actively responded to various social issues caused by soaring for the needs of local social control. This article focuses on clarifying the formation and change of the local society since the Song Dynasty, especially during the Ming and Qing dynasties in the Dantu Kaisha of Zhenjiang,as well as the vicissitudes and changes of the various parts of the islands of Kaisha;on this basis,it has been observed that the various influences brought about by the local society in Kaisha, and the different ways in which the local officials and local governments in Zhenjiang have responded to soaring sand and other social problems, try to think further in response to the surge in sandbanks. How the interaction mechanism between local officials and citizens is formed and developed step by step? How this mechanism or interaction model maintains the stability of local society in sandbanks to a certain degree, and even guarantees the local society of the sandbanks within a certain period of time. This thesis is based on the research of sandbanks and sandfields by senior scholars. The formation and development of the local communities in Kaisha all continents since the Song Dynasty and the ups and downs of the Kaisha states during the Ming and Qing dynasties were the main contexts. The attempt to descend from the Song Dynasty was particularly clear.During the Qing period, the Zhenjiang area of Kaisha district made a basic investigation.Among them, the first chapter mainly inspected the initial formation and early development of Kaisha local society during the Song and Yuan Dynasties, and combined with the Zhenjiang local government's response and disposal of the sandbank local problems represented by the Shatian disputes, proved that this was in Zhenjiang. In areas with many sandbanks, the problem of competition in the continent is long-standing,and the local government has also formed a preliminary mode of experience in dealing with such issues. The content of the second chapter is on the one hand to sort out the history of the vicissitudes of the Kaisha Islands during the Ming Dynasty, and to examine the development of the local communities in the Kaisha Islands on this period;on the other hand,it mainly observes the Shazhou local society and Zhenjiang local government during the Ming Dynasty.Responding to a series of social problems caused by the surge in sandbanks,we tried to explain that during the Ming Dynasty, when local communities in Kaisha Islands were highly developed, local governments and local communities gradually explored and formed a commitment to the maintenance of sandbars.Even in the response-disposal mechanism of Zhenjiang' s local social order stability, the local society itself has been well maintained and the local government' s social control of sandbank local communities has been improved.Deepening, the Kaishan local residents in the late Ming Dynasty to "Kaishazhi" the repair of the book, reflects the period of Kaisha local social and cultural prosperity, but also the effectiveness of the above-mentioned surge response mechanism. The third chapter mainly inspects the changes of the Kaisha Islands in the early and middle Qing Dynasty. The factors in the Ming and Qing dynasties caused a certain influence on the relationship between the Kaisha and Zhenjiang land society. At the same time, this period the changes in the national policy represented by the“Relocation of the Sea”also had a significant impact on local communities in the coastal areas of Kaisha;in addition, the dramatic surge in sandbanks during this period caused a huge change in the external environment of the local society. In this context, the new countermeasures derived from the island community and local government maintain the stability of local society. The fourth chapter examines the evolution of the situation and pattern of various continents in the middle and late Qing Dynasty and the response of local officials and citizens to the social problems such as the rise of sandbanks and competition for land in this period. The attempt has been made to take the development of local social charity organizations as an example.,trying to reflect the special role of the development and use of Sandbanks development and utilization of local social functions in Shazhou and even Zhenjiang, and the relationship between the strengthening of local government control and the convergence of the sand continents toward the land society. The appendix is a preliminary exploration of the local clan in Kaishazhou. The emigration since the Song Dynasty has created the local continent community in Kaishazhou. The noble families in the Kaisha region drastically promoted the local prosperity during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Therefore, this part attempts to use Ding family as an example to initially explore the basic growth status of the family itself in the hope that it will be a starting point to the peculiarities of the local clan of the sandbanks.
