Research On The Professional Quality Composition, Influencing Factors And Strategies Of Sports Dance Teachers In Colleges And Universities

Sports dancing is a sport which combines sports,music and dance.After being introduced to China in recent years,it has been popularized in various regions of China and set off a surge in the whole country.Thus sports dancing courses have been set up in the national sports colleges and universities.Along with the rapid development of sports dancing,the construction of teachers in sports dancing courses cannot satisfy the rapid development of sports dancing in China,because there is a gap in teachers' levels,and a flaw in the teachers' professional ability.In order to make sports dancing's long-term stable and rapid development in China,and enable students who learn sports dancing to better understand the essence of sports dancing in school,the teachers should cultivate their basic quality.And universities are the cradles of high-quality talents,thus this paper take the professional knowledge that dance sports college teachers should possess as the research object,analyze the special teachers' professional quality and influencing factors of teacher professional development,then it provides referential suggestions and countermeasures to the improvement of the professional level of sports dancing teachers.This paper takes several sports colleges(including Harbin Sport University,Wuhan Sports Institute,Shenyang Sport University,etc.)as the research object,with the methods of literature,expert interviews and logical analysis,and research on the construction,factors and improvement strategies of sports dancing teachers' professional quality in sports colleges,then draw the following conclusions:1.The professional quality of sports dance teachers in higher sports colleges and universities are professional knowledge,professional ability,professional attitude and the comprehensive quality of teachers.Professional theoretical knowledge includes extensive cultural knowledge,sports basic theory knowledge,sports dance technology knowledge and special theory.Professional competence includes teaching ability,innovation ability and scientific research ability.Professional attitude includes teachers' professional ethics and noble personality quality.The comprehensive quality of teachers includes psychological quality and physical quality.2.The factors that restrain the development of professional ability of sports dancing teachers are mainly divided into internal and external factors.Internal factors are personal reason,individual research ability and lack of experience in guiding students participating competition.External factors are less opportunity for post vocational training,heavy teaching task,less scientific research work and lack of leadership and incentive.3.Effective strategies to promote the sports dancing teachers' professional literacy are: the first is to be strict to close the entrance,the optimization of the sports dancing teachers team,the second is to improve the teacher evaluation mechanism,and actively guide the teachers' professional level,the third is the post training system,normalization and improvement of teachers' continuing education mechanism.
