| With the improvement of the international status of China,the popularity of Chinese in the world is increasing,and the demand for international Chinese teachers is increasing.It is an important way to spread Chinese and also an important mission of Master of Chinese International education that sending high quality Chinese teachers overseas.Wu Yinghui,Professor of Minzu University of China,put forward the concept of Super-native Chinese teacher and systematically expounded it:Super-native Chinese teacher,namely,good input-based Chinese teachers with good professionalism and localization,and excellent American native teachers with native language in Chinese.They have the advantages of both Chinese native language teachers and Chinese non-native language teachers,they also eliminate the disadvantages and shortcomings of the two,and have bilingual dual cultural characteristics.The Super-native Chinese teachers are the high-end form and ideal training target of the international Chinese teachers.It is the mainstream demand of the developed countries.The concept has pointed out the direction for the training of high quality Chinese teachers.With the aim of training Super-native Chinese teachers,Minzu University of China conveyed high quality Chinese teachers to the United States through joint training model.Under the background of low overseas employment rate of Chinese international education major in China,the joint training Masters of Chinese International Education(after this referred it as "masters of Han Jiao")Minzu University of China has a very high overseas counterpart employment rate.By the end of 2017,43 out of 47 graduated masters of Han Jiao in the United States had found full-time jobs in the United States,accounting for 91.49%of the total number of joint training masters of Han Jiao in the United States.This paper is the third monographic study based on Duan Chenyu and Wang Mengnan’s the narrative research of the growth process of Super-native Chinese teacher series of research,interviews other 20 joint training masters of Han Jiao Minzu University of China,that is Yin Xiaoqin,Zhang Bingli,Chai Chunzi,Duan Chenyu,Zhang Runfan,Zhang Shangke,Li Zhenyu,Huang Lizeng,Lu Guoen,Li Zhe,Song Dongyan,Yu Yin,Gao Ruiyuan,Wu Shichang,Yang Junyao,Zhang Zihui,Zhang Xiaoting(Alias),Xu Luyue,Ou Yangqian,Shang Weiguang.This paper retelling the the narrative interviews of the 20 masters of Han Jiao from join joint training to master from postgraduate employment in the United States,and excavate that the common characteristics in their process to become Super-native Chinese teacher and the advantages of joint training model,and strive for providing reference for overseas counterpart employment of masters of Han Jiao.The study found the growth experience of the 20 masters of Han Jiao has the following common characteristics:They all yearning for and are benefited from joint training model,love education and have strong motivation to go to United States.They all effort to improve their English ability,and actively overcome cross-cultural communication obstacles.They are helped and guided from their family and their teacher in their Important period.Classroom management,H1B visa are common problems.And this paper put forward the enlightenment of the training of Super-native Chinese teacher:The joint training model made Chinese teachers grow more efficient.It is important to train crossing grade classroom management capabilities.Visa,family,emotional factors mainly effect masters of Han Jiao to stay in America.Explort the advantage of themselves is the same important as studying from native teachers.Enrich curriculum,directional culture and delivery. |
