Prostrate culture is a kind of religious ritual in Tibetan Buddhism and Islam.It is a religious culture both at home and abroad.It is very popular,and it is also an admiration for saints,high morals,and elders.First,in Tibetan Buddhism and Islam,it means respecting the triumph of the body,mind,and soul.Nowadays,scholars at home and abroad have relatively few comparative studies on these two ethnic cultures.This paper is the basic meaning?classification?methods?historical origins?comparative studies?and action standards of prostrate rituals?Taboo?symbolic significance?cultural functions?physical and mental health of people,and the meaning and effect of eliminating five statins of occupational disabilities,and expounding the perspectives explained by the modern scientific community and the medical community.
