Plants As Collaborators: The Subjective Presentation Of Plant Media In Biological Art

Plants are autonomous creatures that can interact with their environment through unique physiological systems,which means they have the ability to perceive.The self-growth of plants can bring artistic dynamic,organic vitality and open expression.Through the new technical conditions,the subjectivity of plants in art can be presented,so as to develop another perspective of art.From this perspective,plants can get rid of their long-standing existence as the decorative background of human and animal life,but become active individuals and collaborators in artistic creation.This paper discusses the change of plants' role in art,the symbiotic relationship between plants and technology,and the physiological perception of plants.A brief analysis of how to establish a new mode of sensory connection through the intervention of technology in the creation centered on plant life.
