Islam in China has experienced the process of localization.Localization of Islam in China was completed by Chinese Muslim,and at the same time was benefited from the academic activities.Among them,the Muslim scholars have played an important role in academic activities.Wang Dai-yu was the first man to actively and systematically carried out dialogue between religious civilizations in China.Wang Dai-yu held a critical position with regard to the Confucian concept of Heaven from an Islamic perspective.He thought Confucian culture could not provide a true unity of the concept,so that he proposed the Theory of Three Rsnks of Heavenly Mission which was envisioned by Wang Dai-yu is a characteristic shining point in Chinese Islamic Thinking.This paper explore the agreement and disagreement between the Theory of Three Ranks of Heavenly Mission and Confucius' s statement on Heaven.This study is not only in favor of carding the Theory of Three Ranks of Heavenly Mission,but also have an new perspectives for dialogue between religious civilizations.
