This paper mainly focuses on the influence of network community knowledge sharing on the development of TCSL teachers.Based on the kumaradivelu"post-method"teacher education theory and teacher peer learning,this paper uses literature analysis,questionnaires,interviews and other methods to learn from the current Chinese teaching network.Research on the status quo of the community and the use of teachers in the online community.Firstly,the paper analyzes and summarizes the 40 online community samples in the basic information,resource content,community activity,information content and personality intelligence of the current Chinese teaching network community,and draws some characteristics of these network communities.Different types of samples summarize their characteristics and compare them.On this basis,in order to understand the experience of TCSL teachers in the online community,questionnaires and interviews were conducted among Chinese teachers to try to analyze the current status of international Chinese teachers sharing teaching experience through the Internet.For example,the current TCSL teachers share teaching methods.And whether the platform of knowledge exists,how it affects the development of TCSL teachers,and whether the development direction of similar online communities in the future meets the needs of TCSL teachers.Using statistical software to analyze the survey results,we found that some Chinese teaching network communities need to develop and improve the problems.These questions are also based on existing theories and literature,as well as teachers'opinions.It also summarizes the impact of network community knowledge sharing on the development of TCSL teachers and predicts the development trend,and analyzes the necessity of establishing such a knowledge-sharing Chinese teaching knowledge sharing network community.
