Research On Service Innovation Design Of Urban Stray Cat Sponsorship Charity Organization

Currently,the problem of stray cats in cities had gradually become a hot topic,but the definition of the problem is not clear,the problem of stray cats is a complex social problem.Systematic thinking and rich tooling in service design can help identify innovation opportunities in complex problems and define the direction of sustainable problem solving.Starting from the perspective of relief for social stray cat public welfare organizations,this paper analyzed and summarized the relief mode and existing problems in the rescue relationship of stray cat public welfare organizations,explore the complex factors behind the existing rescue mode and seek solutions.Through literature research and case study,it is concluded that the rescue mode with sustainable development potential is "an experiential adoption space with offline adoption as the core".The core value proposition of stray cat rescue service is to "enhance the trust between the adopters and build a harmonious and friendly adoption relationship".Based on the comparative analysis of service design methods,tools and cases,the design was studied from five aspects: "changing the site selection of adoption service","private communication space between adoptive parties","enabling both adoptive parties to strengthen mutual participation","organizing volunteers to provide psychological counseling services",and "optimizing service experience process with tangible touch points".It is a beneficial attempt to enrich the theoretical significance of service design to apply the theory of service design to the complex social problem of stray cats.
