"U la Drum" and "Shaman Bell" are the symbolic props in the Manchu Shaman dance.They appeared in court ceremonies in the early stage,then developed in the folk,used for burning incense to worship ancestors,offering sacrifices to gods and vows.About the use form of the two kinds of props,the emotions to be expressed,and the action forms involved,the author needs to analyze and study them in depth before creating the works.The forms of the two props should be closely related to the central idea expressed in the dance works.The shaping of the characters and the distinction of the relationship between the characters in the works should be closely related to the two ways.Through interviews with experts in the field of Manchu Shaman culture,folk collections,literature,film and television materials,the author constantly excavates and refines the application forms of the two kinds of props,and practices them in his work Da shan Qing.This paper will analyze the use of props such as "U la drum" and "Shaman waist bell",and take the original dance work "Da shan Qing" as an example to carry out detailed analysis and explanation.
