The Music Analysis And Performance Interpretation Of The Erhu Concerto "Impression Of Red Soil"

In order to deeply analyze the artistic charm of Erhu Concerto Hongtu Yinxiang composed by Qu Dawei,I mainly focus on the music and the performance of this piece.I am doing this research through several ways,such as the style of the music,music image,performance etc,so the performers could understand this piece by combining the theory and the practice.By using research methods,such as the induction,the illustration and the literature,I explore the creation overview,the music form,the music image and the performance techniques of the works respectively.From different perspectives,the essay analyses the formation of Qu Dawei’s composition style and the artistic charm of Erhu Concerto Hongtu Yinxiang.Through the study of Qu Dawei’s composition style,I find that his works have both of the rigorous style of Western classicism and the inheritance and development of Chinese culture,and he constantly absorbs and accumulates various musical elements.His works mostly contain the Chinese element combined with various musical elements to enrich the artistic expression of the nation.He is good at using the music vocabulary in different regions,so it is important to form his multiple artistic style.According to the study of the musical form of his work,I find this work is a complex ternary construction.It is crucial for us to understand this piece with a clear idea and a complete vision based on the analysis of musical form,so that we can lay a foundation for rational interpretation of the composition of his works.Based on this basis,we can understand the basic role of title music in shaping musical image,and build up an overview of the musical image as a whole.Combining with the understanding of his works,we can create three kinds of music images that are the image of Hongtu,the view of Hongtu and the scene of Hongtu,which are finally embodied in the application of playing techniques.In order to express the change of music better,I study the performance techniques combined with performers’ performance experiences.In the left hand technique,we should pay attention to the application of chord rubbing and handlebaring techniques.In the right hand technique,it is mainly reflected in the application of different bow speed changes and double string techniques.
