Tchaikovsky is the representative of romantic musicians in the 19 th century and the founder of Russian national music style.Most of his music works reflect Russian national characteristics.He is also known as a "master of melody".In Tchaikovsky's music melody,we can feel the artistic characteristics different from western European humanities and cultures."Piano Concerto No.1 in B flat minor" is a work full of vigor and enthusiasm.Tchaikovsky combines the bright and bold Slavic national temperament with the elegant and solemn Western European musical character,which is a classic work unprecedented in the Piano Concerto works.Through the analysis of the artistic characteristics of the works,this paper discusses the musical image and national characteristics of Tchaikovsky's Russian music style.Combining with the major of piano performance,this paper focuses on the key and difficult points in the piano performance of the works,taking the first movement as an example.
