Since the 1990 s,especially since the new century,increased number of peasants working in cities,and the process of urbanization has been accelerating,and the dramatic changes of local society have been accelerated.The local China under Fei Xiaotong's work has been impacted,and the private life of the peasants has undergone tremendous changes.In the concept of rural love and marriage,influenced by the city's love and marriage culture,the traditional view of rural love gradually changes.Love and marriage phenomena such as “unmarried cohabitation”,“abortion” and “marriage third party” are endless,which has an impact on the stable morality of the village.Many poor villages have appeared in the “single bachelor village”...and some even embarked on the road of “buying a wife”.The new changes in rural love and marriage have also affected the creation of local love and marriage novels.Many writers pay attention to the changes of rural love and marriage,and show the love and marriage life of rural men and women in the new era background,revealing the dilemma they face.This thesis selects the local love and marriage novels since the new century,explores the new changes of their creations,and analyzes their perspective on the living conditions of the two sexes in the love and marriage life since the new century.At the same time,it is placed in the background of the huge gap between urban and rural areas,study the changes in peasants' values and behaviors in the performance of love and marriage,and better understand the fission of peasants' cultural personality in the period of social transformation.This thesis is divided into four chapters,from four aspects to study the local love marriage and novels since the new century.The first chapter mainly introduces the background of the local love and marriage novels in the new century,including the great changes in the rural areas and the changes in the values of peasants since the new century.Combining specific love and marriage novels,we can see the changes in rural love and marriage concepts since the new century.The second chapter summarizes the theme content of the love and marriage novels,and explores the concrete expression of the love and marriage writing in the new century.From the “third party” narrative,the writing of love” and “passion” in marriage,the infringement of rural power to women,the “ mercenary marriage ”,etc.the depth and breadth of the writing of local love and marriage novels in the new century are show.And by contacting the violent tendency of the creation of “bottom literature”,analyze the hate writing and violent tendencies of narrative of love and marriage in local novels.The third chapter pays attention to the narrative mode of local love and marriage in the new century,and analyzes the pattern of the transformation and daily turning of classical and modern love and marriage novels in the new century.This chapter also includes the “weak female coward” model and the “married to the city” model.The former focuses on the plight of women and their own defects under the female cowardly behavior,while the latter focuses on the rural people's yearning for the city,resulting in the writing of “marrying to the city” and the identity anxiety they face.The last chapter reflects on the novels of local love and marriage in the new century,affirming the writing of hot love and marriage issues such as “mercenary marriage”,“single bachelor” and “temporary husband and wife” in rural areas,and paying attention to the decline of rural love and marriage ethics.However,these love and marriage novels have the problem of patterning and simplification,and even some writers' value judgments are chaotic.This chapter reflects on the new century local love and marriage novels,dialectically summarizes,and explores the future creative direction of local love and marriage novels.
