1977,Self-efficiency was first proposed by Bandura. It is an important part of Bandura's social learning theory system. It refers to the subjective view of people's ability to successfully engage in a certain achievement.Judge.Bandura pointed out that human behavior is mainly influenced by the two factors of the outcome factor of the behavior and the leading factor. The first factor refers to the factors that can influence the behavior strengthening before the behavior, and the result factor of the behavior is the expectation that the person will strengthen the next step after the behavior.Expectation is mainly composed of result expectation and performance expectation. The result expectation is a result of a person's own inference that one of his actions can lead to.The expectation of efficiency refers to the person himself to speculate on how much implementation ability he has to perform for a certain behavior, that is,whether the person himself has confidence and motivation to engage in a certain behavior. If the individual is confident that he or she can perform an activity,he will have a high degree of “self-efficacy” and will be willing and confident to engage in the activity. The self-efficacy of pre-service music teachers is simply the ability of individuals to have their own abilities, whether they can be qualified for future work, and the confidence level of participating in actual music teaching. This paper introduces the theory of self-efficacy into the actual music education task, and studies the relationship between self-efficacy and the relatively blank pre-service music teacher training in the field of music learning and application, and deeply explores the current internship experience. The status quo and changes of teachers' self-efficacy.This paper mainly uses questionnaires as research tools, refers to the existing self-efficacy scales at home and abroad, and repeatedly measures the reliability and validity of the scales, and finally develops an objective and reasonable questionnaire. This questionnaire is mainly for the senior students of college music majors.Use this questionnaire to initially investigate and study the level of internship experience for pre-service music teachers' self-efficacy.Based on the data and results received from the questionnaire, firstly, the level of self-efficacy before and after the internship of the pre-service music teacher was analyzed.Secondly, compare the changes in the level of self-efficacy before and after the internship of the pre-service teachers, and discuss the influencing factors of the internship experience for pre-service music teachers. Finally, onthis basis,it puts forward effective and objective strategies and methods for cultivating the good self-efficacy of pre-service primary and middle school music teachers.Based on theoretical research, this paper takes Bandura's self-efficacy as the starting point, and combines the current situation of college music majors to draw this questionnaire. The questionnaire data is analyzed and processed by SPSS18.0 data analysis system.Comply with the reliability and validity of measurement. This questionnaire can be used not only to measure the level of self-efficacy of pre-service music teachers, but also to measure the measurement of self-efficacy in the entire music field.Through the internship experience, the author measured the level of self-efficacy of pre-service music teachers and found that: 1.Currently,before the start of the internship,pre-service music teachers have a good level of self-efficacy for engaging in music work, which may be school education and The factors of their own business outlook.2.After the internship, the level of self-efficacy of the pre-service music teachers has increased, which may be caused by the “realistic impact” caused by the “apprenticeship observation” mode and positive emotional stimulation.3.There is no significant difference in the internship experience of different genders in terms of self-efficacy of pre-service music teachers. In the final section, the author will elaborate on the limitations of this study and the implications for the future research of pre-service music teacher training.
