The Exploration Of The Material Extension Of Meticulous Painting In The Contemporary Context

The process of art is not unchanged.It is not difficult to find its law from the historical stream of human art: when an aesthetic tradition reaches its peak,it means that its own aesthetic crisis is coming.The result is a revolution in the history of art.Meticulous brushwork,which grew up in the vein of Chinese culture,has a long history.It has a clearer and clearer vein under the inheritance of generations of artists,leaving a brilliant impression on the whole long volume of art.In today's open social form and pluralistic cultural context,how to realize its contemporary nature and how to realize its conformity with contemporary people's values and aesthetic standards is a problem worthy of deep study.Starting from the point of material,this paper,with an open,cooperative and inclusive attitude,explores the contemporary nature of Meticulous Brushwork in material language from three aspects: how to break through and extend traditional materials,the feasibility of combining new materials and the possibility of merging with other kinds of art.This article starts from five aspects,first of all,the background and reasons of material extension,the clear limitation of contemporary context and the necessity of material extension through in-depth analysis;the second part is to explore and try to transform traditional materials,from underpinning materials to pigments to metal materials to materials used in moulding,on the one hand,to improve traditional materials so that they can be used.On the other hand,it breaks the traditional limit and becomes a new traditional medium.The third part starts with new materials and establishes the dimension construction of new materials in fine brushwork art,inspired by some innovative works of fine brushwork furniture.The fourth part is on the level of the ontology standard of meticulous brushwork,trying to transform the form of works and exhibition venues across the media.The fifth part,through the analysis of the origin of Meticulous Brushwork in contemporary context,makes positive and negative judgments,enumerates the successful artists in material innovation in positive aspects,and makes essential judgments and guidance for the development of Meticulous Brushwork with negative influence as the incision.In the contemporary context,Meticulous Brushwork is freely expressed because of its relaxed culture,which means that artists should shoulder arduous responsibilities.In the face of the aesthetic value and expression language of painting materials,they can not pretend to be self-confident.By exploring the manifestation of materials in creation,they can explore more innovative language expression of materials in Meticulous Brushwork and open up a new art of meticulous brushwork.Thinking.While opening up thinking,artists should not only explore for the long-term consideration,but also grasp the foundation of painting.If the expansion of materials is separated from meticulous painting,it will lose its significance.
