Research On Xu Youyi's Porcelain Sculpture Works

In the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China,although the production of Dehua kiln industry was affected,it still maintained its development trend.Xu Youyi is the inheritor and promoter of traditional porcelain plastics,and it is of great significance to study her porcelain sculptures.The article takes pictures and real objects as the main research materials,and went to Dehua area for field investigation.Starting with Xu Youyi's family and his life and artistic experience,he then analyzed the theme of his works,explored the artistic characteristics of his works,discussed the porcelain style,and based on the above research on its authentic and later imitations Conduct comparative studies in various aspects.On the other hand,it discusses Xu Youyi's influence on the development of ceramics in Dehua and other areas,starting from the inheritance and development of the porcelain art of Xu Youyi's descendants and disciples.
