The Use Of Natural Forms In Sculpture

In the creation of sculpture,natural forms have different artistic functions in different periods.This paper is divided into four parts to discuss the application of natural forms in different forms of sculpture.The first part is the classification of natural forms,combining with modern science to explain the social classification of natural forms under the macroscopic and microscopic conditions.The second part explains the subtle influence and intuitive function of natural form on artists and sculpture creation by analyzing the application of natural form in ancient Chinese and foreign sculpture works.The third part focuses on the application of natural form in modern sculpture,taking public art and easel sculpture as examples to explain the subjective application of natural form in sculpture.The fourth part combines the development of contemporary art,through the analysis of contemporary material sculpture and installation art to show the specific application of natural form in sculpture and artistic contribution.
