Research On The Cultural Activities Of Confucius Institutes In Italy Based On The Theory Of Knowledge Diffusion

Carrying out cultural activities has always been the main way and means for Confucius Institute to spread Chinese and Chinese culture.This paper summarizes and analyzes the cultural activities held by 12 Confucius Institutes in Italy in 2018 and 2019 by collecting data.Taking Confucius Institute of Milan National University,one of the 12 Confucius Institutes in Italy,as an example,it uses case analysis,interview and determination Based on the theory of knowledge diffusion,this paper further analyzes the specific cases of its activities,summarizes the main factors that affect the effect of cultural activities and cultural knowledge diffusion,and puts forward the corresponding opinions and suggestions for Confucius Institute to carry out cultural activities in the future.The specific contents of each chapter are as follows:In the first chapter,the introduction briefly analyzes the research background,research purpose,research significance and research methods,and combs the structure of this paper.The second chapter summarizes and analyzes the relevant literature from the three perspectives of Confucius Institute’s cultural activities,Confucius Institute’s cultural teaching and Confucius Institute’s cultural communication,and roughly grasps the current situation of overseas Confucius Institute’s cultural activities and cultural teaching,as well as the communication effect of Chinese culture.The third chapter gives a brief introduction to the construction of Confucius Institute in Italy,analyzes the overall development of its cultural activities,and makes a detailed introduction to the cultural activities of Confucius Institute in Milan National University.The fourth chapter starts from the theory of knowledge diffusion,introduces and analyzes six typical cases of cultural activities in Confucius Institute of Milan National University,in order to find out the mode of knowledge diffusion in the process of activities,and then summarizes three main factors that affect the effect of knowledge diffusion,namely,the place where the activities are carried out,the theme of the activities and the organizers of the activities.Based on the analysis of the first two chapters,the fifth chapter puts forward suggestions and suggestions for the future development of Confucius Institute’s cultural activities according to the three factors that affect the effect of knowledge diffusion.The innovation of this paper lies in the application of "knowledge diffusion theory" in management to the analysis of cultural activities held by Confucius Institute of Milan National University,which not only opens up new ideas for holding activities,but also brings useful lessons and new thoughts for other Confucius Institute’s future cultural activities.
