Ji Kang's theory of music without emotion is an important work on music aesthetics.Focusing on the issue of"the emotion of sound and music",this paper discusses the key aesthetic propositions such as"the music without emotion","harmonious sound without image"and"sorrow heart with master".Ji Kang's idea of"music without emotion"is opposed to the music thought of Confucianism represented by Yue Ji(??).Ji Kang accomplished the theoretical deconstruction of the shackles of royal power with his music concept of"music without emotion".The"sounds of impermanence"suggests that it is no certain relationship between the music and emotion.It is deconstructed the traditional Confucian music theory"the music expresses emotion"classical proposition.From the perspective of"sensory impermanence"to explain the sense relation between music and emotion.The viewpoint of the heart and sound are two objects,unbind the relationship between the heart and sound,and to construct the emotional function of music,the function of the music can develop unique music unlimited sense of emotional quality.The music view of"harmonious music without image,sorrow heart with master"lets emotion get rid of the shackles of royal politics,and lets harmonious sound without"Xiang(?)"deconstruct the thinking mode of political symbol of music in Confucian music theory.Ji Kang presents an idea about the harmonious sound and music to replace the traditional Confucian music theory of analogy,breaking the music as the mode of thinking.Ji Kang questions the mystery stories and legends in Confucian music theory,and on this basis to make an explanation about the social function of music which can transforming social traditions.Ji Kang uses the thought of Dao Jia(??)to explain the social function of music and weakens the ideology of transforming social traditions theory.Ji Kang broke down the concept of expression and image virtue in the Confucian music theory,emphasized the independence of music itself,and put forward the aesthetic concept of sound nature.In fact,the view of natural sound is not only an emphasis on the independence of music itself,but also an aesthetic construction of the independent spirit of scholars.During the period of Wei and Jin dynasties,Ji Kang found a way to settle his soul in music.He took"Qing"(?)as the aesthetic background of scholars'independent spirit,realized the beauty of music in the practice of"listening with an open mind",and marked"Qing Ge"(??)to fight against the turbid world with his independent personality spirit.The beauty of marking"Qing Ge"is the aesthetic expression of the independent personality of scholars in Wei and Jin dynasties,and the pursuit of the true beauty of nature is the aesthetic indication of the independent spirit of scholars.To pursue the true beauty of nature,there are not only attacks on the dark politics and false ethics,but also the flow of life consciousness of natural growth,and the pursuit of the true and beautiful personality and spirit.
