Research On The Conviction Of Drug-Driving Behavior

In recent years,cases of vicious traffic accidents caused by drug driving are common.It has seriously threatened road traffic safety and even jeopardize public safety.Although the public security organs have taken a series of regulatory measures to take on the problem of drug driving with rapid growth,the growth momentum has not been effectively controlled.In China,drug driving behavior has not yet been convicted.In judicial practice,drug driving behavior that results in serious consequences is convicted and punished by the crime of causing traffic casualties or endangering public safety by dangerous means.However,because there is no unified standard of application,different local courts can not do the actual cases,the same case,the same sentence,the same crime,and even often appear to the crime of criminal phenomenon.So what should we do about drug driving behavior? How to commit a crime and how to effectively regulate drug driving behavior? Taking the case of drug driving behavior as a breakthrough point,this paper discusses the above problems.
