Since the new century,the rapid economic development,the world presents the integration of the development trend,social progress,a substantial increase in the level of national life,drug crime more and more people,more and more serious social poison,drug crime more and more common For the social development,people's daily life has a huge negative impact.Increase the intensity of drug crime,improve the ability to deal with drug cases,better solve the problem of drug crime,the country and the urgent needs of society.Investigating departments to deal with drug cases,the ability to detect evidence directly determine the effectiveness of drug trafficking cases,but also indirectly affect the combat effect of drug crime,so improve the ability of investigative departments to investigate and collect evidence is of great significance to combat drug crime.In recent years,China has carried out the "trial as the center" of the litigation system reform,with the deepening of the reform,litigation system changes to the crime of drug investigation and evidence of a huge change,to us to combat drug crime has brought some difficulties.Under the new litigation system,how can the public security organs better adapt to the need to improve the ability of investigation and evidence collection is a question worthy of our thought.This paper attempts to analyze the new litigation system,the new requirements for the investigation and forensic evidence of drug crime cases,find out the problems in the current drug crime investigation and evidence collection at the grassroots level before and after the reform,and explore the new lawsuit to raise the drug crime Ability new path.This chapter is divided into four chapters,the first chapter,the interpretation of the connotation of "trial-centered" litigation system,mainly from the core,purpose,essence of the three aspects;the second chapter mainly discusses the "trial as the center" litigation system And then the third chapter analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the current drug crime investigation and evidence.Finally,the fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to the problems in the investigation and evidence collection of drug crime.
