A room to sell,also called a real number,the housing sold multiple sales,such as developers such as the seller of the same house as the subject matter of signing the two or more than two of the housing contract,it has been sold to several buyers,have several trading relationship behavior.One room for two is the most common.Sell more than one room is very likely to lead to legal disputes,harm the legitimate rights and interests of buyers,damage to housing transactions security,disturb the order of the property market,and undermine good manners.In a room to sell,in which a buyer to obtain housing property,should be based on the concept of real right behavior analysis.With this as the starting point,take the abstrakte theory,specific transactions real estate market,probing into the problem of a room to sell the buyer disputes and protect the legitimate rights and interests,so as to put forward some viewpoints.Firstly,this study analyzes a real legal basis by the people to buy and sell protection of the legitimate rights and interests.Secondly,carries on the discussion from the property rights protection,the protection of creditor rights protect the legitimate rights and interests of people buy dimensions of a room to sell the problem.Finally,a real civil legislation in our country in the sale buy new construction mode of protected mechanism,namely the theory of real right act to build a room to sell and buy mechanism to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the subject.
